I have renewed my car insurance policy number og[protected]-00045766 on 30.11.2018 by paying premium online. I got a sms stating that my policy is issued and it will be mailed to me within four hours. But even after 36 hours also i have not received the policy. They didn't respond to my email also. Once they get the premium they just forget to even look at the customer.

Updated by K Gopalakrishna Bhat Inspite of informing them last year itself, they have not corrected my email ID as [protected]@gmail.com .
