Maruti Insurance — Detail of insurance claimed by service centre

I have purchased ALTO K10 Auto Gear in July 2015, i had a minor collusion which resulted in minor scratches in front and rear end of my car, i had insurance with National Insurance and as such put my vehicle at your service centre Jammu Motors who after attending to the repair work claimed from insurance no details were provided to me except a receipt showing job description and various amounts and claimed Rs3005/- from me. No details of amount claimed from insurance company were given to me.Instead i received an message from MD-Maruti onApril 4 2016 a claim has been made.
It is requested to furnish me detail of amount claimed from Insurance., so that i dont feel cheated by your service center.My vehicle number is JK02BL5926
