I belongs from dumka and i have purchased one ertiga zdi plus from reliable industries but when i have asked for the service regarding my scratch in my vehicle then they are saying to me to take the vehicle to dhanbad for the insurance claim it is right when the cost of the scratch repairing is 1000 rupees and for that purpose i have to send my vehicle to 150 km the diesel cost is approx 2000 rupees and for what purpose i have done the insurance so please solve my problem as soon as possible
