My Maruthi Swift car with registration No. KL18T1625 was damaged in an accident. One side door and the same side of the bumper were damaged. When I contacted Maruthi Popular service centre at Vadakara, Kozhikode, Kerala, the concirned officials said that only bumper can be repaired under insurance claim. I have been a Maruthi Insurance customer for last six years and this is the first time I am claiming insurance. I think it is my right to get my car repaired.
