[Resolved] Maruti Insurance — Insurance copy not received

I have renew online my policy on 26 May, after updating my address. But when i got soft copy address has been not updated, when i contact customer care they said there may be technical fault so please send address proof through mail ([protected]@mibpl.co.in) and you will get a call within 24 hr. but no response till date i have not received my policy even though made no. of telephonic conversation to your branch.
please do needful for the same.

Simaran motors asking to pay more insurence amount than previous year.when free camp came our town alibag they said that its free.also i paid 2500 extra for damaged rework.and while renewal of policy they are saying that your claimed bonus is finished u have to pay extra and bla bla...
