Maruti Insurance — Policy certificate not received even after 3 weeks

I did renewal of my car policy on 17th AUG, 2016 ([protected]) through the online facility. My policy term expires tomorrow (12th SEP, 2016). Till date I haven't received any communication from Maruti regarding the document delivery.
Last week I mailed the Maruti support team about the delay, they replied offering to sort out the issue soon. But nothing happened. This is quite unprofessional.

Updated by sv aksp These guys must be awarded for their negligence for customers. Even after 4 months they didn't send me a policy document. Is this the right way to do customer service ?
