Maruti Insurance — Regarding accident vehicle survey and approval report

My alto car UP20AJ3710 is accident on the date[protected] at evening and my car reach at service station at night and the job card is open on the date[protected] but it cancel, insurance surveyor Mr. Harry mobile no. [protected] and his boss Mr. Prashant mobile no. [protected] is hold our insurance approval due to some known reason, he is daily created a new issue my car is hold till date with any work, almost 13 days . now we are helpless and insurance company dont answer me. my insurance policy no. is 2311/64898177/0000 and my mobile no. [protected].
