Maruti Insurance — regarding insurance claim period

Sir actually my car celerio vxi amt which is under insurance got a very little dent on one side of door and bumper by another vehicle and i wanted to claim the same so i approached the workshop they told me that it will be solved and told me to give 1000 fee i agreed but they told me to hand over my vehicle to them for 12-13 days which is very long duration for that so i requested them to please apply for the claim and when the claim comes take the car from me i will give but they talked rudely to me that we cannot help.

This is very bad experience as iam continuously doing insurance from maruti since i purchased the car and this is the first time i want little help to claim the insurance but it was so bad.

Please try to solve this otherwise i will never take insurance from you people.

As the work is of few hours it is very little problem.

I want it to be done in one day and by 5 august 2019 as the manager also said that it is very little task to do and won't take much time.

Seeking immediate action regarding this.
