Maruti Insurance — Unable to generate otp and download my renewal Car policy

Dear Sir,

I had renew my car policy on 01.09.2021 through marutiinsurance web site, but till date i am not getting otp to download my renew policy, but i am able get last five years otp to download the same instead of current renew policy.

Car No: GJ01KA7448
Policy No: OG[protected]-00100449

I had contacted several times to your customer care people but till date nothing is happened.

Please resolve my issue to get otp for new renewl policy.
