i have maruti wagon r cng car. my car policy has been verified and issued after renewal of it on 24.09.2014, which is already due on 11.10.2014 till date i have not forwarded the copy of renewal. After calling ur office, they don't know the correct location of policy. at the time of collecting cheque one ms madhavi promised me to deliver by hand in two day. now she don't know about policy and where is it. when she passed phone to another staff, she is telling me ur policy is returned by courier company, if she told me by hand delivery then why forwarded through courier. i don't have any proof of renewal, if anything goes wrong who will responsible. my question is that i[censored] calls or forward sms 100 times for renewal it is your duty to insure timely delivery of policy also . on 11.10.2014 ms madhavi told me that she will send mail to me, but till date i have not received any mail also . i[censored] r not able to provide good service then don't disturb car owners. please send my policy at the early or i have no option to go for another option. rajesh s.waghmare Was this information helpful? |
