Maruti Service Master — Remote Key replacement for Maruti New Swift car

I had only one key for my car since another key was missed.
I had given a request letter with copy of RC, Insurance doc and address proof and paid Rs. 2000 vide RT No. OR176078 dated 04/02/2024
MSM personals had forgotten to raise PO for Key. After so many calls and follow up, MSM manager asked me one more request letter for additional keys on 05/03/2024.
On arrival of new keys, my car was taken for key replacement on 20/03/2024.
I got my car on 27/03/2024 with programming new key
For 56 days i struggled with MSM personal to get set right a key replacement problem.
This is purely a lethargic and irresponsibilities of MSM personals. And I had a good lesson from MSM Guindy.
