[Resolved]  Maruti Service Master — my vehicle DL-5CH 1790

This is regarding failures after sale service of the Maruti Cars & rude behavior of the staff members.…..



Since December 2009 (date of purchase), our car is going for all the services from free to paid to MARUTI SERVICE MASTER (MSM) at okhla however there are loads of communication, servicing & reliability failures after sale service & the best part no one is taking the feedback from the customers after service. Situation is too volatile in all the working & responsibility areas.



We had grab all the advantage at the time of buying a new car like extended warranty & after sale at service center like AMC (GOLD MEMBER) however no such benefit.???



Just 6-8 months back I had sent written request to MSM to provide me all the bills, job work copies & our AMC copy as I had lost the same. Infact at the last service (please check your records) also we had sent revise request however till date there is no action on the same.



Yesterday we had sent our car for the paid service & as per MSM we need to pay labour charges as well because total KMS are exceed as per AMC however I have been requesting for the AMC copy since last many months as I had lost the same but no action & then how do we know or remember the records. Infact after seeing my service records no one has intimated us regarding KMS or renewal of AMC on basis time or KMS etc. At the same we had tried to speak to AMC in-charge on this issue & his behavior is actually filthy, rude with us & it was UNBELIEVEABLE. He was too loud & unprofessional.



Yesterday I had left my Samsung Bluetooth in my car & informed to Mr.Mahinder for the same. Request you to please return the same as it is of Rs. 3000/- as we had purchased just now only. Last time also one mud guard was missing in my car which I saw later but still I did not complaint for the small thing & thought will buy the new one.



The best part of the service center is when customer need to pay from their pocket then supervisors start to increase the bill amount to make MSM profitable on daily basis & start advising more problem with the same so that customer say like “ ye abhi kara do aur baki next service kara denge”, this is all because of huge bill amount which customer generally do not except like the same. And when customer need to pay anything then MSM do not advise any problem & supervisor innocently start saying sir “abhi to chal jayege aisa zauroori nahi hai abhi aur aap jab next service mein karva lena” & by that time customer do not realize at the same time that he only need to pay the cost in the same next service.



Lastly we need to chase service supervisors when we will get our car back after service however no comes up with the response / solution etc.



Today we are using cab because we have not received our car after service till day which will cost me Rs.1000/- & will be debit to MSM only as delay at their end.
