Maruti Service Masters — Ref no JC22014301 DT 18.08.2022

My swift vdi car has 9.30 got a breakdown on 18.08.2022 by 9.00 am while travelling from pondicherry to chennai at tambaram SBI colony for an emergency issue. Immediately I called the msm contact number [protected] and i had informed. they said they will and arrange and send the mobile techinician and they have a given a number [protected] and i called them and said it is an emergency i want to go to pondicherry whether it is possible to repair and deliver the vechicle on the same date. they said that they will come and see and they will take the vechicle. they have arranged a recovery outside recover transport service ([protected]) and they asked to pay rs.2300. i said ok do it immediately other wise vishnu cars pallavaram has promised me to repair and deliver on the same day, but these guys and Mr.Rajan body shop manager ( [protected]) also promised to deliver the on the same day . then the recovery team has taken the vechicle and i paid rs.2300 and Rs.200 has a bata. The vechicle reched the workshop by 1.00 pm and by 3.00 PM a techician called from mobile no [protected] and told me that now the vechicle has come and i am the person who is going to attend the vehicle .I had clearly explained my medial emergency and the promise made their team and Mr.Rajan that the vechicle will be serviced and deliver on the same day . Immediately the techincian [protected] shouted me in a roudy manner that he cannot do service and you take the car back by towing the car, immediately i called mr rajan body shop manager and i informed the bechaviour of the techinician, he said i will take care and you come by 5.00pm to the showroom. i had gone to the showroom by 5.30 p.m till that time nothing has happened and my car was standing in the cleaning bay entrance. I was searching Mr.Rajan but rajan was not there and i called him over mobile phone, he said that you contact front office manager mr, dharmendra ( [protected] ), i called him over phone and he came and visited me and i had explained all the things what has happened on that day and my emergency situtation, he said that he will solve the problem and he said that it is a complaint of high pressure diesel pump so it will cost rs.31000. i said that its ok change it and solve the problem and deliver the vechicle immediately. he said ok at the time of 5.45pm, but no one has touched the vechicle till 7.00pm and after some time when i was asking a techinician he said nothing has happened and this is all their drama to dragon you such time. so i shouted mr dharmendra and again he made a drama that he will arrange a alternative vecichle and he came and said that mr rajan is out of station and he cannot arrange a alternate vechicle. i shouted against him that there is no humanity grounds with you all people and your attitude is to cheat the customer by playing a cheap drama till 8.00 pm and i rushed back . i got a sms by 7.05pm on 18.08.2022 that a complaint has opened on 18.08.2022 at 18.00 hrs. till from moring 9.30 am till 18.00 hrs they even doesnot open a complaint against my car till 18.00 hrs.
These kind of cheating the customer and doesnot care about the emergency of the customer and the humanity . They are simply cheating the customer by giving a false promise and they all working bloddy target. This kind of worst attitude starts from Mr.Rajan Manager to techinican mobile no [protected]. till now by 11.00 am in the morning 19.08.2022 i did not get any calls from your end.
this msm is worst service centre in chennai.
