My swift vdi car has 9.30 got a breakdown on 18.08.2022 by 9.00 am while travelling from pondicherry to chennai at tambaram SBI colony for an emergency issue. Immediately I called the msm contact number [protected] and i had informed. they said they will and arrange and send the mobile techinician and they have a given a number [protected] and i called them and said it is an emergency i want to go to pondicherry whether it is possible to repair and deliver the vechicle on the same date. they said that they will come and see and they will take the vechicle. they have arranged a recovery outside recover transport service ([protected]) and they asked to pay rs.2300. i said ok do it immediately other wise vishnu cars pallavaram has promised me to repair and deliver on the same day, but these guys and Mr.Rajan body shop manager ( [protected]) also promised to deliver the on the same day . then the recovery team has taken the vechicle and i paid rs.2300 and Rs.200 has a bata. The vechicle reched the workshop by 1.00 pm and by 3.00 PM a techician called from mobile no [protected] and told me that now the vechicle has come and i am the person who is going to attend the vehicle .I had clearly explained my medial emergency and the promise made their team and Mr.Rajan that the vechicle will be serviced and deliver on the same day . Immediately the techincian [protected] shouted me in a roudy manner that he cannot do service and you take the car back by towing the car, immediately i called mr rajan body shop manager and i informed the bechaviour of the techinician, he said i will take care and you come by 5.00pm to the showroom. i had gone to the showroom by 5.30 p.m till that time nothing has happened and my car was standing in the cleaning bay entrance. I was searching Mr.Rajan but rajan was not there and i called him over mobile phone, he said that you contact front office manager mr, dharmendra ( [protected] ), i called him over phone and he came and visited me and i had explained all the things what has happened on that day and my emergency situtation, he said that he will solve the problem and he said that it is a complaint of high pressure diesel pump so it will cost rs.31000. i said that its ok change it and solve the problem and deliver the vechicle immediately. he said ok at the time of 5.45pm, but no one has touched the vechicle till 7.00pm and after some time when i was asking a techinician he said nothing has happened and this is all their drama to dragon you such time. so i shouted mr dharmendra and again he made a drama that he will arrange a alternative vecichle and he came and said that mr rajan is out of station and he cannot arrange a alternate vechicle. i shouted against him that there is no humanity grounds with you all people and your attitude is to cheat the customer by playing a cheap drama till 8.00 pm and i rushed back . i got a sms by 7.05pm on 18.08.2022 that a complaint has opened on 18.08.2022 at 18.00 hrs. till from moring 9.30 am till 18.00 hrs they even doesnot open a complaint against my car till 18.00 hrs.
These kind of cheating the customer and doesnot care about the emergency of the customer and the humanity . They are simply cheating the customer by giving a false promise and they all working bloddy target. This kind of worst attitude starts from Mr.Rajan Manager to techinican mobile no [protected]. till now by 11.00 am in the morning 19.08.2022 i did not get any calls from your end.
this msm is worst service centre in chennai.

    I gave the Car for service on 16th November 2021 and I have not received the car from service till now at 9 am on 22nd November 2021. I gave the car for general service and to dry the floor mat since water was on the mar for an inch due to water logging due to heavy rain. After 5 days they say that alternator is having problem and the mat is yet to dry. Appalling service. I have to call to check the status and the staff are lethargic and there is no sense o[censored]rgency. Hope my car is not lost forever

      I gave my car for body shop work to Maruti MSM on 31/08/2021. Damage actually occurred on top of the car due to a tree fell on top of the car. While delivering the car, I observed a dent on the car dicky which was not there when I gave my vehicle. I complained and didn't take the vehicle and asked to take it back and repair as it was before. I returned on 07/09/2021. Its only a dent on the rear side which should not be taking more than 2 days to repair it and the damage is due to garage mistake. Now even after several follow-ups they are not delivering the vehicle and seeking excuses and giving false commitments. I want this to be escalated particularly the damage happened in the garage and poor service delivery of the Maruti MSM. Need immediate closure of this and need my vehicle back.

Agar meri car me wheel cylinder damage h to unko change krna tha. Saaf saaf damage dikhai de raha h to cleaning kisliye ki h. Sach baat to ye h ki inke paas part available nhi tha to car ko pack karke delivery kr di bas.
        Or is tarah se ek bar or pagal bna kr inhone mere 8200 rs loot liye ab tak jiska bill bhi mere paas available h.
        Please inke workshop me kabhi mt jaana. Ye polite way me sirf customers ko lootne ka kaam krte h. Chor workshop h.

          This has reference to the company owned service outlet Maruti Service Masters at Okhla, where I visited on 1st April, 2021 to get servicing work done of my Maruti Dzire Car bearing No. DL1CR2207. Mr.Basant Kumar, Service Advisor has attended my car and assured that the service work will be done alongwith AC Servicing of Car with the Drycling of car as a complimentary work.

          On 2nd April(Good Friday), which was a holiday, I called up Mr.Basant to know the status of my car but by that time my vehicle was not ready and was told to visit the next day at about 11 AM or so, which was working day where I had a meeting planned at 3 PM at my office, Steel Authority of India Litd.(SAIL) where I am working as an Assistant General Manager(AGM).

          I visited the Okhla service center at about 12.30 and was told that the all the work has been done and you are required to inspect the vehicle. But to my surprise, my car was unattended and no work was carried out by the service engineers, and the car was parked near the Exit gate waiting to get the gate-pass.

          When I inspected my vehicle, I pin-point some of area –

          a) Washing of Car was not at all done. Dirty mud flaps can clearly be seen and I pointed out some dark patches. Door rubber was not fixed up. Dirty Door Panels was also shown to Mr. Basant Kumar, for which he called one person to remove the patch with a soap and for other patches he told that it will not go, for this the car has to go to Body Shop.

          b) Front side grill was also not in place while giving the vehicle, which was shown to Mr.Basant. Tt was found as it is, not touched. On pointing this, grill was refix then and there.

          c) The front bumper Cover on both side was pops out and had missing some plugs around the front tires, this work was also not done. On complaining, it was got fixed in a hurry.

          d) Accumulation of some water spots after rainstorms were also visible at the back-side of vehicle. After long discussion, it was removed while giving the plea that this work does not entertain here as it is a Body shop work.

          e) Inside the car was also dirty, only the dry vaccum cleaner was applied and the drycling of car, which was a complimentary job was not done. My car is a single handed car, where in the back seat it was not so dirty only one patch was there which is still visible. Mr. Basant told that they have carried out dry-cleaning job, but this patch will not go, meanwhile he called someone and wet the car seat covers, with the dirt spot remains as it is, explaining that if they perform dry-cleaning again, it will harm the seat cover.

          These are some of the areas where I pointed out while observing my car from outside and get the work done while shouting and standing at the exit gate for 2 hours. As I had a meeting planned at my office, I rushed to my office as it was 2.30 PM therefore remitted the payment of Rs.11, 816/- which was not worth to pay.

          After serving the car I am not feeling the difference of work done and more over AC servicing is not so effective.

          This is my worst experience with the Maruti Service Master at Okhla, where you called yourself ‘Masters’.

          In view of the above, and being a lady customer, I will never suggest anyone to go to ‘MARUTI SERVICE MASTERS’. Suitable action may be taken to save time & money of customers who trust you. Waiting for your positive response

            Hi, Maruti service masters

            What's the timing for lady staffs working in your organisation, why it's getting so much delay in starting from office to home what's happening in your office, is every has their own family or Maruti service master's is a family for all those lady staffs who got married, why the hell your timings are so worst, a staff who is working your organisation that too a female staff starts after 7.30 or 8.00pm, then when should they reach home and take care of the family, I need to know your official timings for lady staffs in service, as far as I aware it was 6.30pm, but you are not allowing them to start by it will take 7.30pm or 7.45pm or 8pm, why you keeping lady staffs for such a long time, do u guys think that they don't have family they are from roadside, if I don't get a proper response for this query the you face the legal consequences.

              Service is not good, my vechile has been delivered withput fixing tje existing issue, at the same trespective amount has been added in the invoice copy. When i sopke to service advisor he is saying that drop driver is not checked clearly before dropping to cuatomer. Really dont know whose responsibility to check the vechicle. Is is it a driver or service advisor, also service advisor is talking rudely, no communication about the delivery, also on time delivery is not been done. No resolution for the existing issue. This issue needs to be highlighted to higher level as these kind of issues should not appear to other customers.

                I sent my car swift desire 5100 to this center raising a concern that it's not giving mileage and there is a high fuel consumption.
                First thing they have entered this issue as service in the system and assured me that oil servicing will solve the issue, however it did not. We went for the second time and waited in the lobby for 1 hour and again they asked us make the tank full check and come back. We did this again and now there was even more higher fuel consumption so went for the third time. And this time they said this vehicle will give only this mileage that 110 km in city which is absolutely incorrect and this attitude not good. And now they have diagnosed and said some internal part issue and we have to pay and the issue is not yet resolved.

                First complain... Incorrect entry of reported issue.. We reported as high fuel consumption but they have entered as service and got 14500 rupeew.
                Second complain... During second visit also they haven't diagnosed the issue and sent us back saying just fill the petrol and check..
                Third complain... Now they say i came for service and not for high fuel consumption issue during my first visit.. Which is completely ridiculous.
                Fourth... They told my driver during third visit that without even diagnosing that this car will give this mileage only.
                Fifth.. The fuel consumption has increased during these three visits.
                And now they have diagnosed and asking me to pay again.
                I am not at all happy with your service.. Would be great if you take action..

                  Maruthi Ertiga ZDI car was regularly serviced and clocked around 65000 kms and it stopped in the mid of the road due to the Engine ECU. Within warranty period and hence changed. However, due to this issue the engine was affected and looks like got damaged. After few thousand kilometers, again car stopped in the mid of the road and to my shock the breed valve in the engine broke and fell between the timing gears and broke the teeth, thus leading to valve bends and cam shaft breakages. Lot of money spent and got this fixed and totally not accepted to cover this neither under warranty nor under the manufacturing defect. Again within couple of hundred kilometers itself, again the vehicle stopped in the mid of the road and on road assitance came and fixed and handed over. Again within 10 mins, vehicle stopped in the mid of the road and towed back to workshop. Inspite of all these, not even a single compensation or free servicing was done. I guess the ECU fault had led to all these and now they seee everything is out of warranty now i.e. just 4 years after purchase. Completely disappointed with the approach as i am confident that Maruthi would have happily replaced these since there is nothing that the customer could have done anything for these damages to occur as i am confident that Maruthi never disappoints their customers.

                  Couple of times there were God Idol missing and interiors were dirt on purpose to get the 3M interior cleaning done. Also couple of times they have bruised the car within the garage itself and repainted, which again at multiple places has flaked off, which too is clearly manufacturing defects. I have photo proofs and will post the same later.

                    I gave my alto 800 for service with msm service centre guindy, chennai and they tricked me by making me believe that all the oil in the vehicle needs to be replaced. Later when i checked with my parents they had changed it a month ago from another service center. The mechanic claims that the oil was in bad condition that he changed which is not believable. They stole my petrol and my tool kit. The vehicle is in bad condition because of bad service. When i asked about it they were least bothered and said they will call me back. Been more than a day and still the issue is not addressed. One guy from msm said that i lost the money already and no point talking about any.

                      My name is sukhbir singh, i am very disappointed with maruti service master as i got them serviced my car, they took my car on 24th of october from my place and promised me to drop it back till 24th evening, then i got a call from them that they won, t be able to drop on same day as the part which had to be repaired is not available, they kept on telling me, you will get your today tomorrow, they continuously made excuses and misguided me, they did it at least 5, 6 days, when i asked them to get me in touch with their senior, then they just avoided my call, they were making fool... But when i got my car back after 5 to 6 days so car was not fully serviced, there are still some issues which i told them to serviced, now i am facing problem starting my car when i start the car whole car moves like generator, i do not know what they have done, i am very very unsatisfied with the service, this is the cheap company, they have got such unprofessional staff and their service.

                      Kindly help me with this i just want to get in touch with their senior, i am sharing my and my car details below

                        Gave my car which was half wheel under water. I was afraid to start it. So just towed it to MSM guindy. After 1 month they say the service charges will be 90000. Replacing almost all parts of car. When water did not raise above half of wheels and no water got inside, how can the damage be so much? When every other car which is fully drowned in water costs just about 20-30k to get repaired how do we believe this. It is daylight looting. Now when I say Im taking the car back they say parking fees of 3500rupees.
                        Please help me with this.

                        It is one of the company's plan to make us wait so long. After getting fully exhausted, they'll offer us an exchange offer saying 30% discount on a new car. And our car will be taken as a scrap and repaired and sold for a good value. This is what I heard from sources. Please beware people.

                          Dear sir, i have complaint so many times regarding excessive tyre noise of my vehicle no. Dl13ca7452 in your maruti service master worshops. Once your gtk workshop had changed my tyre on 20, 000km after my repetitive complaints. After that still that voice is there in my vehicle which comes from tyre & effected badly my tyre also. Kindly take necessary action my complaint and suggest me right decision. I am tired to make such complaints again & again so kindly resolve my problem asap. Thanks & regards paras sharma [protected]

                              I gave my car (DL5CK2336) for mid service at MSM Okhla. When the driver came to deliver the car, the cup holder on driver side was broken. I called up the concerned resource who was the in charge of service and told him the same. He promised me to get the same fixed the next day. Next day no one came to pick the car and when I called the MSM person _ Mr. Parveen Mishra, he apologised as he forgot to got the car picked. He assured to get the same picked next day. Again, no one visited and when I tried to call him, his phone was switched off. His phone was continously switched off so I called up MSM service center and they assured to call back in few minutes. When they called, they told me that the concerned person is on training and will be back in next 7 days, till then they can not help. When I asked them to call their senior and let me speak to him for this pathetic customer service, she said please call yourself. What a shame!!! Is this the level of customer service at MSM??? I am shocked and disappointed. I will never recommend any body to go to MSM...most disappointing experience ever.

                                I AM NOT SATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE PROVIDED, EVENTHOUGH I HAVE GIVE INSTRUCTIONS TO SUPERVISOR FOR NOT CHANGE THE ENGINE OLI BECAUSE THE SAME IS CHANGE AT THE SAME SERVICE CENTRE ON[protected] AT 38000 KM APPROX, INSPITE OF THAT THE SAME IS CHANGE BY THE SERVICE CENTRE AND DEBITED IN MY BILLS .                                   This sx4 was given for general check up(the kmr recorded too wrong) 0n 21st oct to go for a long drive during the holidays (only 3 fs carried out) and the vehicle even after 3 yrs old not clocked 10 k KMs
                                  A copy of the job card shows last services done @23644km on 2/11/10 not pertaining to this vehicle and the the consultant has carelessly told me will take care for service and the vehicle was delivered with the only complaints registered and not carried out service atleast @10 k km as per oem recommendation the next day after a wait of more than one hour, Half heartly taken delivery of the vehicle for mobility
                                  there is no proper interaction with the customer and found lethargic and complaisant
                                  the jod card and the some images is attached for your reference which was delivered after so called service I donot know really Maruti is concerned about customer satisfaction
                                  images (1 right side of driver seat floor board stain marks. 2 rear of driver seat fb stains of technician not even bothered to clean)
                                  This is my 1st complement second complement is awaited for arrival of some spares for a swift ldi taken delivery on 21st undergone for body repairs( in-complete jobs carried out)

                                    I own swift dzire car no. DL 3C AZ 5357. i went to maruti service masters, okhla to solve starting problem in my car. In morning 11:00 am my car didn't start, i called maruti on road service on 18004200 one technician came and said battery is discharged, started with another battery. going to workshop front tyre driver side damaged.
                                    chaged the tyre by mechanic, found studd of rim is free.
                                    I reached to service masters at 1:30 pm, met Mr. Vinod( manager) and at 3:30 pm he inspected the car and said repairs will be done next day.
                                    If he would had inspected the vehicle at same time i might be able to get the defects repaired from other workshop.
                                    I went there b'coz all services and other allied works have been done by then till date from the time of purchase of vehicle.

                                    Maruti Swift Dzire. — irresponsibility

                                    My name is Sujith Vasudev from Kerala,
                                    I have owned a Swift Dezre. KL 01 AV 2412.
                                    Purchased on April 2009.
                                    Now its passed 29000 km,
                                    Only this much of time period my Battery was out of condition 2 weeks before and its changed.
                                    Now before 3 days the clutch system is out...
                                    This indicates that the Dezre will only have a life of maximum 2 years.

                                    And of course your customer service is aria is too week in Kerala cause of inefficient attenders and management.Before 3 days I dropped my vehicle in to your station and they found a complaint on clutch system. They told me that it will take 7 days to solve. So I asked another vehicle for my day to day activities. They agreed that and I once went there to get the vehicle, but I did not found a single person who is responsible for that wing. And I lost my whole day for hang on that issue.
                                    And I am still waiting , they never make a call on that.
                                    It is all about Popular Maruti dealer, Killippalam , Karmana, Thiruvanthapuram.Kerala.

                                    Please consider your customer about atleast 50% if there is really a CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE.

                                      I got my car serviced at Maruti Service Masters [Bill BR10029291 dt 13.12.10]

                                      They charged me for 3.1 litres of engine oil. I had to get 1 litres additional oil filled on the very next day and my driver says engine oil is black and was not changed at all.
                                      I fear that they may have done the same with other oils flushed and changed.

                                        My name is ashish and I am a owner of maruti car registration number - DL5CD1576. I am given my car to maruti service masters on dated 19/05/2009 which is located in F-39, okhla industrial area, phase -2. The bad service was started from the morning when the driver came from maruti service masters at 11 am to pick up my vehicle from the near location at the time of receiving my vehicle the driver did't mark the reding of petrol and took my vehicle the several complaints was told to him by me.

                                        My vehicle is received under the supervisor Mr. hemant and he explaint all the charges to me my vehicle is under major service so he gave a full explanation about the charges.

                                        Their are several complaints in my vehicle that I told to Mr. HEMANT
                                        1. THE VEHICLE PULLS TO ONE SIDE
                                        2.THE AC DIRECTION MODE WAS NOT WORKING PROPERLY
                                        3.NOISE OF ENGINE
                                        4.POOR PICKUP
                                        5.BUBBLING AT A SPEED OF 70

                                        I Received my vehicle late in the evening at 7:45 pm this is the time taken to do the services of a car. I am waiting from 6:30 pm to receive my vehicle but they given my vehicle at 7:45. I really need to go somewhere but due to your late service I am helpless to do something .I contacted several times to Mr. hemant but his mobile was switched off and when I contacted on land line number then their is no one to pick my phone how ruthless service is this.

                                        After along period of time Mr. hemant was called me around 7:30 pm and told me that the vehicle is ready but the additinal tyre (stepny tyre) of your vehicle was interchanged by some other vehicle this is such a careless service given to the customer even at that time I didn't say anything and I paid the full amount as written in my bill of Rs.4093.

                                        but I need my tyre to be given by in time or you have to provide me the new one.

                                        As driving back to my home I found that the washing was not up to the mark the washing of dashboard and gear pannel was not done and the windows was not cleaned at all .

                                        As per pulling my vehicle is still pulls on one side
                                        The wobbling of steering is still their when I drive a car at around the speed of 70.
                                        All doors noisy as a specially told to rectify this
                                        the pick up is so poor in AC that I hard to drive my car in this hotty conditions
                                        Ac direction mode was not at all rectified

                                        the service provided to me was so careless job and I need a full explanation on this or either I need to consider this so serious and on a higher level.So please resolve my problems as soon as possible.

                                        maruti is branded company and the image of company was so down by the poor service provided to us .

                                        I have complaint several time at Maruti Service Master, GT Karnal Road regarding my car No. DL 2C AK 4185 swift dezire. But nobody response well and can not remove my car's problem till yet. There are some complaints in my car from that time when i bought this car some are:

                                        1. Break Noise
                                        2. Stearing hard
                                        3. Engine Noise
                                        4. Poor Average
                                        5. Clutch Hard

                                        But none of maruti masters advisors response well neither they called back after servicing my car.

                                        I requested you to please take some serious action against my problems as soon as possible.

                                          I had intended to purchase one Maruti car from True Value Service from Maruti Service Masters, Okhla. Ms. Sharda of Maruti Service Masters had confirmed that cars of various models are available at Okhla thus I visited your Okhla outlet on Saturday i.e 06.06.2009. While parking my Vista Car outside the premises of Maruti Service Motors at Okhla, the guard posted at your premises there, asked me to leave the car in neutral gear and without applying hand break so that if required they can move the car to and fro.

                                          Thereafter, I went inside and checked the cars and select one car and paid the booking amount of Rs.10000/- vide cheque drawn on SBI. While I came out of your premises, to my utter surprise I found my car in a damaged condition probably hit by another vehicle outside your premises. On enquiring from the guard standing, he showed his total ignorance. Then I asked the guard to call some senior official he did not bulge to my request and I went to the guard room at gate and called out the senior of the guard sitting in the office at gate. Even when he failed to give any proper response, I wanted to contact the In-charge of the Maruti Service Master, Okhla unit, Mr. Praveen who said he is in-charge of the office, came and the whole situation was explained to him, but I was very surprised that instead o[censored]nderstanding the problem and damage done to my brand new car, which occur due to negligence of your staff there, he also started giving funny explanations rather than settling the matter, went on to the extent of saying that this dent is “very old”. His behavior was totally unresponsive and not like that of an officer. Thereafter he started ageing further creating a scene followed by some ruffian looking persons starting fight with me and my wife. They were ready for a physical fight, leaving me no option but to leave your premises without being able to contact the Manager in the Pre-owned section. We were further told that the deal can be treated as cancelled for which I had paid the money as advance.

                                          It was such as mood dampener as which I was buying the car to gift my wife on her coming birthday that I could reconcile only after a long time thus contacted Ms. Sharda on next day. Since Mr. Harjeet Singh was not immediately available she connected me with him later in the day. He was very polite and also felt bad and agreed to do as we feel fine even cancelling the order, which was although done on the previous day.

                                          I feel you will agree with me that this happening makes me feel unsafe to visit your Maruti Service Masters at Okhla with my wife thus I request you to kindly:-
                                          i) Close the deal and refund my money which has already been conveyed by me and agreed to, by your officials.
                                          ii) Get the matter investigated thoroughly and take corrective steps to save such ugly situations happening to your customers, which include the ladies also. Also the senior officers should be asked to be more responsive and take stock of situation and conduct himself like an officer, to avoid taking such ugly terns.
                                          iii) As a responsible Corporate, own the loss and get my damaged vehicle repaired.

                                          Your urgent intervention would be highly appreciated; else people will gradually lose faith in such a prestigious company.

                                          I hope to get an immediate reply action from your end.

                                          SBI — Irresponsible behavior,negligence and no respect

                                          Hi all Govt. related bank officers are behaving like very rude and they are feeling likk kings of the whole bank... and they dont want to work for people at all. We can see directly their irresponsible behavior and negligence and no respect to the people and most common thing is they dont maintain bank timings what they r written infront of the bank. and moreover even bank employees dont know who will doing which work and appropriate counters.

                                          Now we will discuss about call centers : They never pick up call i[censored] call their call center numbers. Even their automatic teller machines also wont respond how funny it is...

                                          All SBI and Andhra BAnk employees are very rude in servicing customers. So I prefer to go to private banks.

                                          There is no place to through garbage and no one to collect it is simply laying on road people daily use this place for urinals. We have garbage lying around in and around the house and it is very difficult to walk on that road. Is BBMP really taking care of this kind of work? It is Near J.P Nagar 7th Phase 3 A cross Nrupathunga Nagar Bangalore-78.

                                          Kindly provide us the solution to through or pick up the garbage.

                                          I gave my Car on Saturday 10/04/2010 in the morning for Taflon coating & minor scratches to MSM, Jahangirpuri, Delhi. They promise to deliver the car in the evening same day. Till now, 6 days has elapsed. They have not yet deliver the car nor they gave the status of the vehicle. Moreover, I call Mr. Sunil tomar (supervisor of my car), but he has not even picked my phone. So, I frustated from their behaviour. Now, I request you to do something, so that they can deliver my vehicle whether repaired or not in any condition. I will be very thankful to you.
                                          respected sir, with regards to the above subject, i would like to inform you that my above said vehicle has been serviced by msm guindy for the past 2 years all paid services have been done by them. i had left my vehicle for heating problem on 12 june 2010 . whereupon they told the vehicle has been rectified of the problem and told us to take delivery on 14 june 2010 at around 6 pm. this problem has been there for the past 2 yrs and msm has tried to rectify the same problem of engine heating many a times but to no effect. we took the delivery of the vehicle on 14 june and the vehicle was taken to our office on butt road just 1 km away. the next day we started the vehi cle at around 12 o clock and took it to dlf ramapuram to meet our client in the software park. at around 1.55pm we again started the vehicle and left dlf while on the road outside the dlf complex suddenly a fire started in the engine section of the vehicle at 2 pm. our driver and manager were on the said vehicle and they tried to douse the fire and cooled it. after which my manager called up msm guindy saying that the car had cought fire and kindly send some mechanic. msm promptly sent 2 people immediately within 20 minutes of our call. they saw the vehicle and called up the vehicle to tow our vehicle. they took our vehicle to msm guindy. by then our vehicle had done just 16kms after the last service on 14 th june. msm officials had promised that this was a minor accident and nothing to worry the problem would be taken care of as the car was insured.the next day they said that i will have to bear 2500rs from ourside this was told to us by mr madan who is the service manager at msm guindy.then they asked us to hand over original rc book, driving license and insurance all in original, which we submitted to them.they then asked us to fill up the claim form. the next day they called us up and said the insurance cannot be claimed as the vehicle has  been fitted with lpg kit.the lpg kit has been endorsed in our rc book on 4th january 2010.the insuarance was renewed by msm guindy of our vehicle on 24th feb 2010. at the time of renewing the insurance of our vehicle the vehicle was lying in msm guindy only, the people took photographs of the vehicle and asked for original rc book which we had submitted at that time. the rc book had the lpg endorsement on it, further the tank and other lpg system was also in our vehicle. what were the msm officials doing then. they should have guided us during the insurance renewal. the insurance certificate issued by royal sundaram alliance insu co ltd.now suddenly they are saying that since the lpg endorsement is not done in the insurance policy of the vehicle the insurance cant be claimed.and they have given us a quotation of  rs 1, 02, 749.27 for rectification of the problem.but to my little knowledge i have been going to msm regularly for the rectification of the heating problem in my vehicle.and i believe that the fire had occured due to over heating only. the behaviour of the msm staff is horrible since they are not at all ready to talk about their mistakes and are telling me to either take the vehicle or get it repaired. and not talk about the claim. i have also met the general manager of msm guindy but he too is not willing to help us out.on the contrary they are saying the vehicle got fired due to gas fitment done outside of msm.kindly note the following details.a) the vehicle was not running on lpgb) there was no lpg in the tankc) all parts of the lpg kit are intact including the rubber hoses of the lpg kit, which are in the engine area.d) the vehicle has been running on petrol for almost 15 days prior to the accident.then how come they claim that the vehicle got fired due to lpg.the vehicle is lying with msm guindy till date.i am amused and feel insulted with the behaviour of msm guindy office staff.they are only saying that the engine is working but the wiring has got fired.i felt that i should inform you of the incidents and take your kind guidnece and help in rectifying the problem, before taking any action against msm guindy.kindly inform me what i should do.anticipating your early response to this mail.as a responsible (msm)own the loss and get my damaged vehigle repaird i hope to get an immediate reply action from your end

They repair one fault & ready your vhicle for another fault.I faced this problem many time.MSM situated at GT Karnal road, Jahangir puri is a totaly froud company.

                                          This is Mrs.LAKSHMI.U. of Annanagar, Chennai. Though I had a good impression on MSM, EKKATUTHANGAL, CHENNAI, for which I chose to go all the way to Guindy, far away from my place, and I am totally disappointed by the choice of employees, who are not customer-friendly, arrogant and lethargic.. How difficult it is to create a brand name, which the owner only knows, for which the customers come there, is totally spoilt by a few employees. For instance, I had bad responses to my phone call for an emergency enquiry on a Sunday, though it was working for the benefit of the customers, where they talk personal matters to themselselves keeping me on line, trying to call a service technician on duty, who tries to avoid the call telling her to handle it.

                                          Moreover, when I personally went to give my car for service, which was taken for service quoting big compalaints of engine, for which they took a week*s time and charged me for Rs. 12, 000/- for nothing. But to my surprise, the car for handed over to me with complaints which were not there when I handed over. For eg. Moving car getting stopped suddenly in the middle of the road, atleast six to seven times from the very next day from service, for all which I have proof, which happened once every week immediately after delivery, till date(car delivered in mid November), water tank of the wiper leaking, horn not audible (which was rectified coming home), thrice the Technicians came home but rectified the engine sound and horn only, all due to non-completion of properly assmbly of parts done wantedly, and changing o[censored]nneccessary parts known to the WORKS MANAGER, the GENERAL MANAGER in first floor, who are aware of everything. The point to be noted is, no respect or voice for their superiors, which shows POOR ADMINISTRATION, Tomorrow again I am taking the car there, hoping for remedy!

                                          Hoping that you would restore the office in good shape for the benefit of your beloved customers and help me to get back my car in good shape.

But Since last two months I am looking for door latch of Lift front fro my car this small part is not available in any of your service centers in Raipur CG nor with the Authorised Spare parts Dealer in Raipur.

This is the case were experience bad time with MSM, I sent my car Swift VXI, for full AC replacement, initial estimate quoted 25000/- later revised quote 29, 000/- later during the delivery the cost increased to 32, 000/- and the vehicle delivered in worst conditions, I inspected and tested the AC, and sent back reporting poor conditions, In meantime without any approval, the they have changed few parts and charged me another 8000/- I was shocked and disagreed, but they said pay the amount and take the vehicle or else we ill deliver the car. (There was response reporting to any higher level) I spoke to Amir Nair, or Capt. A Choudhary (Managing Director) all are in same note no positive reactions.

                                          Next time sending your car to MSM Chennai think twice ?

                                          My car bearing number TN09BW1856 has been sent to replacing the Clutch assembly set and the estimate of repair carrying spare parts cost and labour amounts to around Rs 7, 000/Upon verifying from reputed manufacturer, the spare costs only around Rs 3, 000/-I understand that the labour cost carries 70% of spare part cost, charging Rs 2, 800/.As the car is kept above by the lift and the replacement of defective clutch assembly is done without disturbing the gear box.The labour cost is charged very high and so the spare part which seems to be unfair trade practices.I am the regular customer and insurance trough your company, I feel that you may like to reconsider the matter by fixing the repairing cost most reasonably.
