Service is not good, my vechile has been delivered withput fixing tje existing issue, at the same trespective amount has been added in the invoice copy. When i sopke to service advisor he is saying that drop driver is not checked clearly before dropping to cuatomer. Really dont know whose responsibility to check the vechicle. Is is it a driver or service advisor, also service advisor is talking rudely, no communication about the delivery, also on time delivery is not been done. No resolution for the existing issue. This issue needs to be highlighted to higher level as these kind of issues should not appear to other customers. Was this information helpful? |
