I have ertiga purchased in may-jun 2012...just after crossing 45000 km i found the defect in gear system of ertiga..in 2nd and 3 rd gear, , ...that time i asked in showroom for that, ...but no warrunty issued for that i paid all billing amount and not after just 1 year later of such instance now km is around 70000 and im facing the same problem, showroom to get the prroblem cleared in free of cost but they refused...my contact number is [protected]

    I have recently purchased a new MARUTI SWIFT DZIRE ZDI from Suri Automobiles, jhansi. The problem has arisen as the wind shield of the car has broken automatically.There is no such reason behind the breaking of wind shield.the car is always kept in shadow nor it has under gone any kind of accidient.there is no web formation on the glass as its seen in the case of accdients as there is always a web formation at the place where the glass starts breaking .It is just because of the poor quality of glass given by MARUTI SUZUKI.I am an old user of the cars manufactured by MARUTI SUZUKI . I always got good services by MARUTI and the materials used in cars are always good. I feel good to own MARUTI SWIFT DZIRE and is really a awsome car in all aspects.But, this time I am little bit disappointed as the wind shield has broken automatically formin a single line crack and this crack is increasing day by day.One more problem i am facing the day I bought this car and it is the trouble caused by reverse gear.Its not working properly.For making one reverse move you need to try its atleast five to six times and I really feel hopeless as the dealers says that it is just because the car is new and I am not a fool to belive in what the dealer said, as I have not purchased a new car for the first time.Earlier also I had bought different new cars from MARUTI SUZUKI and currently I am having MARUTI SUZUKI ALTO LX.I have used new cars too from different companies and there were no such problems. I belive in the good servises that had been provided by MARUTI SUZUKI in the recent past and hope due attention would be paid in this concern or else I will lose my belief in MARUTI company and would never advise anyone to go with MARUTI SUZUKI.         My Alto got damaged in accident model 2014 . i have given the car on your authorised service centre KAR SCAN CENTER, Ramghat road, Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh. It has been more than 3 Months kar scan is not repairing my vehical . i have been continusouly following up with him but he is treating me in a very bad manner . iwas not accepting this type of behaviour with the customer .             Dear Sir, I want to complain against your authorized dealer "Lohia Automibles" in Bhilwara, Rajasthan. I have enquired about the latest version of one of the best family car Ertiga vdi last week. On 5th November 2015, we have deposited advance money in cash Rs. 11, 000 to take delivery of Ertiga on auspicuios day of Dhanteras i.e. 9th Nov 2015. On 6th November 2015, on our request to confirm the delivary on Dhanters, they have asked us to deposit additional amount in cash Rs. 90, 000 otherwise they will not deliver on Dhanteras. Without knowing the tactics of Lohia automobile, we have deposited additonal amount Rs. 90, 000. After depositing Rs. 90, 000 by us they committed that Ertiga will get delivered to us at 10 AM on 9th November 2015. On 9th November 2015 when we asked for delivery, their representative started misbehaving with us first they refused us to deliver Ertiga on 9th November and later they started telling us to cancel the order. When we insisted for delivery and called to Maruti's official customer care center, they asked to keep on waiting till 9th evening and also asked us to sit there for full day to take delivery as they were not so humble to call us for delivery. Their real character comes out in the evening when we along with my family went to Lohia Automobile to get delivery. They have not kept our vehicle ready for delivery. It was not even washed/cleaned. Even they arrogantly refused to fill enough diesel in car to take the car to filling station. In Quotation given to us they have mentioned offers of Rs. 33000 and gold coin worth Rs. 5000, on our request for the same, their owner himself (Mr. Govind Lohia) teared Quotation in front o[censored]s and started misbehaving with us saying he will not give delivery of ertiga to us and even warned us to forfeit advance money. My father aged 65 years tried to make him understand but their owner yelled on him like anything. They behaved with us in very arrogant, inhuman manner with us. You can refer the CCTV recording installed in their showroom. (It is installed right outside of their owner chamber. Maruti the one of the biggest brand in India, we can not expect that their dealer will behave with their customer in such a intolerable, inhuman way. It was the chain o[censored]nprofessional, unethical practice of Lohia Automobile's representatives & owner right from the booking of car to delivery of our car.               I have booked baleno delta petrol car on first day of booking, i.e., on 13/10/2015 morning at Vipul Nexa at sector 63 noida. Even though my booking number is 01 done on first day morning itself, Nexa is unable to tell me, when i will get delivery of my car. I have made full payment for it and my customer id is [protected]. I understand that maruti has delivered few thousand baleno cars in last one month. However, I do'nt understand that maruti is unable to deliver my car even for first booking of baleno car done at vipul nexa noida showroom. Please get expedited the delivery of my ray blue car .                   Sir, I have purchased a new car (Maruti Suzuki D'zire JH08D4927) from Premsons, Ranchi on 12 Nov 2014. After first service problems has been received in my car (Starting problem) . Car has been landed to Jyothe Maruti service center Bhubaneswar . Car was 15 days with center and problems has been rectified and signature has been obtained on 39000 bill . After running 25 kilometer car has been stop and I inform to center about the problem . Car has been started by pushing and kept in my home . I informed to center that I will not coming and then they took my car . Again after fifteen days I went at Jyothe Center and signed the bill of Rs. 37000. After one month I feel that car is taking much time to start but I did not landed and continue with problem in car. Just before on completion of one year I landed my car to Narayani motores Bhubneswar to rectified the problem. He checked the car and done some thing in car with the help of laptop and told me now it is ok. After 10 kilometer I stop my car to take some thing in market and then again feel that it is taking much time and problem is still the same. Finally on 08 Nov 2015 I landed my car again Narayani motors Bhubneswar for rectification the engine problem as well as insurgence problem . Today I have complete 15 days and case is still is pending.
                  Sir, I am suffering last one year after involving 7.5 lakh and now I want this problem should be resolve. After one years experience I feel that there is a major problem in engine . So I want to replaced my car. Before I went to Consumer count I want to resolved the problem. I am not interest to file any case against you because I know that Maruti is reputed firm but f my problem will not be shorted out as I want then I have to go further forum to resolved my problem.
                  Sir please look nto problem and resolved the pending issue .

                    Dear Maruti I have bought this Maruti swift vxi (MH43 AR 2464) CHNO: MAEHKD1S00574915 in June 2014, during the rainy season in Mumbai i noticed that in the both the front lights and back lights the moisture has accumulated and this i conveyed and show to the maruti authorized dealer M/s Automotive (navi mumbai) who had come for the 1st free service of my vehicle and the person told me that these should not happen and these lights should be replaced, I went to the dealer M/s Automotive (Nerul- Navi Mumbai) from whom i bought this car, they refused to change the lights they told me that there is written document from Maruti if there is any moisture in the head lights or the tail lights then you have to switch on the lights for 1 hrs and if the moisture evaporates then maruti will not change in warranty. I have taken extended warranty for this maruti vehicle now i feel that maruti has cheated me on the warranty issue, i told the car dealer that if these lights chrome gets corrode after 4 years when my warranty expires then what shall i do, i have to pay from my pocket to change these lights. Earlier i had wagon r and since i have confidence in maruti i bought swift vxi, i had other options also to buy different makers cars but since i always feel good with maruti that why i bought maruti again but after this rude behavior of the car dealer and maruti double standard i have to think twice to buy a maruti again. regards Bhupinder singh sayana

                    Till now i am waiting for the reply from the maruti for the head light complaint but till now there is nothing done on the same. Can maruti tell us why so delay in responding in complaint.

Dear sir/madam. i have done booking of above car with referred showroom.on 03/Nov./15. as per verble promise & order booking, i was to vehicle delivered on 22\Nov.\2015. but there was no intimation about delivery n when we went to showroom, we were told that as there is a problem with the manufacturing unit, the vehicle will be delivered tentatively after two to three weeks. sir i m your old customer. as you check in your record, i had SX4 ZDI, esteem lxi. i had high respect n was proud to have your product. but this type of reply was heart my feelings n respect for the company. please look in the matter n reply me soon as i may have to cancelled the order n go for Honda or such company product. thank you very much. prabhakar naik.                         I brought alto 800 car from muneer cars, hospet, karnataka . Exchanged my old vehilcle ( matiz ) for 38000 rupees and i have given all the required documents on 20 october 2015. I paid full payment for the new car but i didn't get refund for exchanged car . Showroom people has informed me that they will send the amount by RTGS, still after 1 month they are not giving proper reasons to hold my money.

The gave delivery at[protected]..and after delivery i didnt get rc book and permit of my vehicle coz of this i m anable to drive my vehicle. And the customer service was not responding properly. soo plzz ensure me what do to.. i got losss of 1 month of income of my vehicle and driver payment...

                            I bought Access 125 on 16 March 2015 from S K Wagholi Suzuki, Pune. with 5 years warranty Since 1st week scooter engine is switches off after few meters on its own, the moment I press break, engine is switched off. The moment scooter goes over speed breaker, engine is switched off, this is quite annoying and dangerous. I have being giving scooter for servicing regularly. There are several times when scooter has stopped in middle of the road and other vehicles almost have come and about to hit me from behind. This is Safety issue. I have shown to service center several times however there is no solution. Today because of this engine switch off issue, my 2.5 years kid fell down, I am very upset. It was big mistake to buy Access 125. Do not every buy Access 125 scooter, they are cheats. Safety and security is big issue. Second problem is very poor mileage of 10 km initially and now it is 20 km, service center says this happens because it is new scooter, however its has being over 6 months, still mileage is about 20 km which is really poor.

                              Today i got a col from maruti suzuki.tey told me that you are selected for maruti suzuli at the post of maintenance training engineer and told to come on interview held on 26th nov. at shekendra bad road near bodla hospital .and also said tey will take 999rs after the selectio in company so you oly say sir should i go to the further company for job or it is fraud?

                                I just purchased a k10 maruti Suzuki vxi from jamkash vehicleads in Oct.2015 and had sought the delivery of the car fixed with all accessories along with keyless remote. However I found the keyless function of the car not working to the convenience as while coming to stop of the car the doors don't open unless the key is removed from the ignition slot. On complaining to the agency in this regard I am told the feature is inbuilt and cannot be fixed by the agency. I would seek to know if the flaw is a manufacturing defect or is caused due to agency negligence. Plz look into it.

                                  on my way to karunagappally my vehicle (swift ldi ) suddently stops and and i tried many times but no result. then i contact indus motors sasthamkotta, bharanikkavu, kollam district, kerala and they came and took my car to their workshop and they told me that they will check and inform tomorrow.i purchase this car on 06/03/2015 and it runs 18000 kilometers only. i did not delay any services till date.so please take necessary steps to clear the problem as early as possible.

                                    I m Devender customer of Maruti Suzuki Baleno Delta Petrol granite grey. I booked Maruti Suzuki Baleno on 23 Oct 2015 from Nexa c-11 sector 1, Noida U.P. I booked car by of Rs11000/-(Eleven Thousand only) cheque no. 47416 of Allahabad bank favouring Rohan Motors Ltd, contacted with Mr. Ravi Kumar. He promised me to deliver me the car upto 18 November 2015. This car was being gifted to me by my in law's on my sagai function on 18 Nov2015. I had explained this to Mr. Ravi Kumar at the time of booking. With reference to there quatation S.No.145 dated 27Oct2015 of Maruti Suzuki Baleno delta Petrol granite grey of Rs 6, 32, 717/-(Six lac thirty two thousands seven hundred and seventeen only) i gave him banker's cheque no.211773 dated 6Nov2015 of Rs5, 99, 842/-(Five lacs ninety nine thousands eight hundred and fourty two only) favouring Rohan Motors Ltd on 7Nov2015(Insurance amount and advance amount is not include in this as i told them to do the same from my side), on that day I visited the Nexa showroom and had meeting with Showroom Head, Mr. Ravi Kumar and Mr. Harish they said Maruti Plant would be closed from 9Nov2015 to 15Nov2015 so there will be no dispatch from Maruti plant So they are unable to deliver car on 18Nov2015 and they would try their best to deliver the car to me upto 18Nov2015, but car have not delivered till today. I came to know that related banker's cheque No.211773 of Rs5, 99, 842/-(Five lacs ninety nine thousands eight hundred and fourty two only) has cleared. After this I contacted to NEXA showroom executive Mr. Harish, I said to deliver the car before my marriage on 26Nov2015, he said you would be first priority of the Maruti Suzuki Baleno delta Petrol granite grey. I am planning to show my in law's gift on my marriage date so that I can save my face and my reputation. Today I contacted to Mr.Ravi Kumar but he said “I will call you after few minutes “ but he did not reply and did not gave the delivery status of car.
                                    I am unaware of hidden happenings and the right stock of car dispatch from Maruti plant and car availability at Maruti or Nexa. Please tell me the reason why there is delay in delivering the car since 23Oct2015. Please help me to escape from this problem and if possible make my deliver of car to me before 26Nov2015.

                                    my name is bhakti i had booked maruti baleno on 3rd Nov 2015 from nexa andheri east showroom, they said will get the delivery by first week of December now they are saying the color which i had choose Autumn Orange id not getting dispatch from the plant, please can you help me with the contact or email ids where i can directly contact with maruti production team or any other ways from where i can resolve my issue

                                    my Self SANDESH BOOKED BALENO Zeta version on dec 23. I was told that waiting period is 3-4 months. Last week I got a call from Dealer that waiting period is increased to 9 months. This is really freaking.. how can somebody will wait for 9 months. They are telling either cancel the booking or go for S cross. I don't have interest in S cross. I don't want to cancel the booking. Is there any way I can take legal action against them..
                                    Myself Koushik from Chennai, i have booked my baleno Alpha 1.2 on January 14th 2016 and expecting delivery by May End or June 1st week as confirmed by my RM, my quoted waiting period was 5 months. I hope the waiting periods are not properly communicated to the consumers prior by the showroom people. I have booked in Popular Vehicles and Services Chennai. I have to say there is a excellent service provided by Nexa. My RM was polite with me all the times attended my calls promptly. If he missed to attend my calls, he will call back and apologies for not attending the call. I am seeing reviews everywhere that people who booked car in Oct to December month got delivery by February or March. Because till December the waiting period was quoted to Chennai was 3 months. When i booked in Jan it was informed as 5 months. In your case Sandesh the showroom might be bluffing you. Call Nexa customer support and inform about the informed waiting period. Maybe the showroom people must have allotted your car to someone and bluffing to you saying that it will take 9 months. These 6 to 8 months waiting period news was instructed after February only from my knowledge. So you can claim from Nexa or can file a compliant to maruti itself if possible. Your bookings will be or should be pushed by the showroom people. This is what happened in my case. My RM informed me that we have asked maruti to dispatch more Ray Blue variants since it is the most demanded color in their booking lists. So as promised I am getting it within 5 months. So raise a concern with maruti directly by contacting them or else drop a mail stating your query and mentioning your dealers name and address. This might resolve your issue.
                                    I have Maruti Baleno zeta diesel it zust 2500km run in small speed breakers also the front shock absorbers give big sound i am not satisfied about the front suspension the Maruti company dnot aske feedback about vehicle they ask only about service feedback only

                                    i am also facing the same problem (fake promise, worst service, Delay in delivery etc etc)
                                    i had booked my car 16aug2016 from KOTHARI WHEELS PUNE VIMAN NAGAR
                                    the told me that we ll give you car whiten 3 month and you ll get your allotment latter in next month
                                    after that i apply for loan my full payment is ready and i ask them for allotment latter now they said
                                    you have to wait until the 15nov we ll try our best and all the [censored] fake [censored] promises

                                    Same things also happened with me, i have booked Baleno Sigma (granite Gray) car on 26 August from Nexa pagaria, Aurangabad, when i booked car, showroom executive has given delivery assurance during Diwali festival, but till date i haven't got any proper feedback from them. during booking on 26 th August dealer said, if you booked base model you can easily get car in next 2 or 3 months" based on that commitment i have booked base model. my loan has been approved for 45 days now time is over hence i have to re-apply for the same. (its hectic)
                                    please resolve the issue.

                                    My self Hemal b SHAH I booked baleno car delta petrol model premium silver colour at vadodara showroom Nexa Kalali road near DPS school,

                                    when i booked the car showroom commitment delivery on dated 31.03.2018 but today they told me that on dated 31.03.2018. we will not provide you same colour of baleno car on dated 31.03.2018. They told me that company is not delivered the this colour car.

                                    My question to the Maruti Suzuki company if customer booked in advanced, why compnay is not giving same colour, and what is meaning of last moment that now it is not possible to same colour.?

                                      New Battery problem of car: My car was purchased in Jun 2015. Yesterday, last night i.e. on 20.11.2015, it stopped while parking in a busy center. Though the repair was done, I felt that I was cheated as this problem happened after second free service and car total running was less than 1100 KMs.
                                      customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                        Hi, MY name is Vishal Kambli and I have purchased an Alto 800 CNG from your showroom on 9th November, 2015. The car which was delivered to me has a starting problem.. From last 6-7 days I was unable to start the car if it stops running. I thought of escalating this issue once I visit the service centre during my first service but today on the petrol pump I was not able to start the car at all….When I was trying to call Maruti service it was not reachable, as the car was stuck in the middle of the road I was forced to call a local mechanic and identify the problem. Post checking it was to a surprise that the nuts of the battery clamp was not fitted at all and the car was not able to get the current because of which my vehicle use to stop while running. Secondly the kenwood system fitted by you gets restart 7-8 times in day and we have to wait till it starts playing. Thirdly both the back doors are vibrating and a noise comes continuously during driving. Also the wheel cap of front left wheel was lose fitted which I have done the fitting from local mechanic. Please let me know do you people have a serious PDI team or you fool people by delivering such cars and make us suffer after paying you 4lacs. It was very embarrassing to stop a vehicle in a traffic and start working on a silly problem.. I have all the video recording for the reference. I was about to write this mail to Maruti service but Ms Subha from Ghatkoper brach had called and she will picking up my vehicle tomorrow from Rabale to check the issue. You will repair my vehicle now but what about the inconvenience and embarrassment caused because of you people. Do you people take such things for granted????? Regards, Vishal [protected]
