    i gave my car for service at harison maruti service centre panipat...bt while get the problm fixed they got another problm evolve because of which the car got heaten up(to extreme level) becuse of which the colent pump blasted and all the colent(hot colent) came on the face effecting face burn...required to take a action as soon as possible

      Ritz vxi was purchased in 2011 as we required a hatchback for local runs in Mumbai This is not our first vehicle. Currently we have Audi A4 ( 2012 model -7000 kms done), Toyota corolla (2007 model -55000 kms run) Ritz VXi ( 2011 model, 12000 kms run) Hyundai i10 Kappa2 (2011 model, 50000 kms ) Previous vehicles: 1993 - Premier Padmini 1997 - Premier Padmini ( sold 2002, 60000 kms ) 2002 - Hyundai Accent ( sold 2007, 60000 kms ) 2011 - Ritz vdi ( sold 2013, 45000 kms) We had problem with Ritz vxi from first month of ownership 1. Burning smell coming while running . This was present from the first day, service centre people never able to find out, it went when I replaced clutch at my own expense at 10000 kms, I have never changed clutch in any of my previous cars . service centre people telling that I don't know to drive . Maruti always right in commenting when I never faced this issue in any of the other cars and still going strong 2. gear slotting was a problem ( now its working properly) 3. Wiper motor had to be replaced as it got rusted ( within 3 yrs of ownership, never i have changed this in any of my cars) 4. Clutch and all the components had to be replaced at 10000 kms ( Ten Thousand Kms ) 5. Rear speaker some sort of nice coming 6. Body panels have already started rusting, all the 4 window pane steel panel have rusted 7. Rattling issues 8. Fuel gauge never shows full . even if I fill it to top also, it will show 1 or 2 blocks less, Pathetic quality control from Maruti Can anyone imagine this ? All cars are parking at same place inside my building and none of my vehicle has got rusted anywhere expect Ritz. Even after have driving experience on so many cars, none of the vehicle clutch plates had to be changed anytime till I sell the car Maruti service centre people will tell that driving is not proper so clutch is gone bad, this is inspite Ritz is driven mostly single person and you can see how less its being driven around ( 10000 kms / 3 yrs = 3333 kms per yrs) Most of the companies have gear box oil change interval of 1 lakh kms, but maruti had 20000 kms, This should make customers realize the poor quality of oil used by them. Many have body antirust warranty for 6+ years, i don't even think Maruti will offer this . They can't as they know about their quality of parts Maruti sells vehicles with very poor parts and puts blame on customer for their failure, Need to see how long does this company run like this . I will never recommend Maruti products to any of my friends nor family members and even in my company will let my colleagues know about the pathetic quality . Guys never buy Maruti, their diesel car sells just due to FIAT engine, else they would have lost the market by now The next Kingfisher in the making I will submit n number of pics if any one wants to see the rusting issue, never buy ( vehicle age is 3 yrs only and all my vehicles are parked in same compound and its garaged most of the days )

        Hello, I'm malathi i have purchase a Stringray VXI (O)buy exchanging our old Wagon r car... We are a have a awesome experience with the new car ...EXCEPT OUR CARS FRONT GLASS HAS SOME PATCHS AND GETS MOIST OUTSIDE THE GLASS IN WINTER AND RAINY SEASON ...because of this using wipper even there is no rain as we done with our first service we told our dealer (CARS India) and they have done service and they check thoroughly the glass and they have told that the vent screen has a leakage of AC so the fog is being created on the outside of the glass ...and they a saying that its company problem ... I need a solution for that problem because of this we cant travel during rainly season and winter ... pls check this and solve our problem

          I had purchased a Wagon R STINGRAY VXI dated 03rd Dec from Pallabi Motors, Guwahati. 2014 and deposited around Rs. 27, 000/- with the Dealer against Registration of the vehicle which is actually around more by Rs. 8, 000/- from the actual amount. But in spit of this, I have not received my RC till 06.01.2015. I had initially told the Dealer Sales ppersonal that I would do the Registration myself, but they were of the view that, it is mandatory for the registration to be done at the Dealer end. I myself am from the Automobile Industry and have till date worked in many Dealership Network and still in the Service Industry workinfg as the Fleet Head, Assam of GVK EMRI, 102 Ambulance Project. The perception and attitude of the Dealership and subsequentkly rob its customers is actually very discouraging which I shall take up with the concerned autority.             Dear sir, I am the R.C.owner of KL-10-AG 6721 Alto k-10. purchased from A.M MOTORS Manjeri, Malappuram, Kerala The steering lock of my car got locked while I was driving the car with my family last week..We escaped narrowly on that day and then I approched the dealer to repair the same.They informed me that an amount of 12000/- should be paid to replace the lock system . I want to know what is the reason for the same.Now Iam not cofident to drive the vehicle. I may inform you that I am not ready to suffer the expense because this is a technical fault from your end.I hope that the company will take necessary actions in the captioned subject and get the lock system repaired free of cost..                       Dear Sir, I purchased a Wagon-R with the following details: Qwmner's name - Namita.B.S Maruti Wagon-R VXI Reg date - 03/10/2011 Chasis number - MA3EWDE1S00280629 Engine num - K10BN1413460 I have been driving for 3 years to office and back. The distance covered in KM is 40, 800 as of now. The servicing is done on time. The change of the various fluids/oils as per user manual is done as instructed at authorized service centers. Presently at Nexus, Sathnur, Bangalore. Now, in three years of my use, the door show the sighs of rusting. The car first at my home was Maruti 800. Even after use for 18 years, there were no such signs of "rust" in my dad's Maruti. These symptoms of rust on the doors are highly unacceptable and unexpected from such a highly reputed brand. All the 5 members (adults) in my family have Maruti (age of the cars range from 18 years old to 1 year old). Why is mine rusted? Please specify the measures that would be taken in order to rectify the problem. Would I be entitled for change of doors under warranty. Can this sort of supply from Maruti be expected and is this to be accepted too. What if more damage be done to my car because of the spread of the rust. Expidite the solution to the problem please.

                      Rusted car is delivered to us and no solution yet to the problem neither by dealer nor by Maruti. We got September 2014 make car on 28th Jan 2015. We got to know about this when we got provisional RC. Rust on internally and Externally. Also in billing there is a difference of around INR 2200. Please contact on my phone number [protected]. We are in so much and no response from Maruti. Has sales of Dezire VDI gone so low that dealer had 4 months old car in its stock?

                          I booked a swift LXI(O) car with "" TRICITY AUTOS ZIRAKPUR PATIALA HIGHWAY"" on 17 December 2014 The Sales man MR Gurprett Singh Promised me to deliver car within 2 days . He told me that it was available in his stock. After 2 days he told me that VXI model was available n LXI (O) was not available .He was actually lying upon me .He cancelled my order n promised to delver my refund next day .i gave him a a call every next day but didn't received my refund i received my check on 2 January that RS 250 deducted .And check was not delivered i had to go and collect it the car was not cancelled by me than why should i bear these charges neither of the sales executive got any communications skills to properly talk to the customers it was really a horrible experience with your company and would rather say that maruti dealers only know how to fool their customers and provide immensely third class service by only telling lies to the customer the executives were rather arguing with me please look into the matter and try to make sure that you don't loose any more valuable customers
                          maruti may provide good cars but provides extremely poor services

                            We have purchased a Maruthi Ritz vdi from RNS Motors on 27th June 2011 . On running the vehicle we have observed some crackling sound on the back beam where the springs are held. We have informed Mr.Manjunath of RNS motors of yeswanthpur regarding this. This problem is observed only when the vehicle move over humps or troughs.He tried to correct by placing bushes and informed us that the problems is solved. but we observed that the crackling sound . To this his explanation was that the, the car design was such that, the sound cannot be eliminated.We were running the vehicle like that for long.( this is in first service) A year back we have switched our service to M/S BIMAL OF PEENYA as it is near to our place of working. Recently when we gave the vehicle for servicing, we informed to Engineer the beam sound at the back, and requested him to look into it and informed him the design problem as informed by Rns motors.To this he informed that there is no design problem and we we toolk a trial run of another vehicle and found no sound. since our extended warranty is still available he will change the parts after talking to his manager. He checked beam on the raised flatform and observed minor V type depression and expressed opinion that the the vehicle got damaged. We explained him that we have never hit anything in reversing the vehicle, this must have been from the beginning .vehicles are reversed in car parking only and that to slowly and there is no possibility of stones in parking area. We feel we are cheated by Maruthi dealer and we request you to correct the beam at the earliest.My vehicle no.KA02-MF-5838 m.CHIKKIYAN

                              I booked a new maruti suzuki swift ZXI Granite gray with CSD rateson 17.12.2014 after getting confirmation that they have available stock. After paying full payment on 30.12.2014, till now we didn't received our delivery. Our payment included 5 lakhs 5 thousand cash and loan of 2 lakhs. But till now M/s Popular vehicles and services ltd, thalassery, kannur, kerala under kozhikode branch are not delivering our delivery with lots of excuses wwhich we are facing daily from them.
