I just purchased a k10 maruti Suzuki vxi from jamkash vehicleads in Oct.2015 and had sought the delivery of the car fixed with all accessories along with keyless remote. However I found the keyless function of the car not working to the convenience as while coming to stop of the car the doors don't open unless the key is removed from the ignition slot. On complaining to the agency in this regard I am told the feature is inbuilt and cannot be fixed by the agency. I would seek to know if the flaw is a manufacturing defect or is caused due to agency negligence. Plz look into it.

    hello sir
    on my way to karunagappally my vehicle (swift ldi ) suddently stops and and i tried many times but no result. then i contact indus motors sasthamkotta, bharanikkavu, kollam district, kerala and they came and took my car to their workshop and they told me that they will check and inform tomorrow.i purchase this car on 06/03/2015 and it runs 18000 kilometers only. i did not delay any services till date.so please take necessary steps to clear the problem as early as possible.

      I m Devender customer of Maruti Suzuki Baleno Delta Petrol granite grey. I booked Maruti Suzuki Baleno on 23 Oct 2015 from Nexa c-11 sector 1, Noida U.P. I booked car by of Rs11000/-(Eleven Thousand only) cheque no. 47416 of Allahabad bank favouring Rohan Motors Ltd, contacted with Mr. Ravi Kumar. He promised me to deliver me the car upto 18 November 2015. This car was being gifted to me by my in law's on my sagai function on 18 Nov2015. I had explained this to Mr. Ravi Kumar at the time of booking. With reference to there quatation S.No.145 dated 27Oct2015 of Maruti Suzuki Baleno delta Petrol granite grey of Rs 6, 32, 717/-(Six lac thirty two thousands seven hundred and seventeen only) i gave him banker's cheque no.211773 dated 6Nov2015 of Rs5, 99, 842/-(Five lacs ninety nine thousands eight hundred and fourty two only) favouring Rohan Motors Ltd on 7Nov2015(Insurance amount and advance amount is not include in this as i told them to do the same from my side), on that day I visited the Nexa showroom and had meeting with Showroom Head, Mr. Ravi Kumar and Mr. Harish they said Maruti Plant would be closed from 9Nov2015 to 15Nov2015 so there will be no dispatch from Maruti plant So they are unable to deliver car on 18Nov2015 and they would try their best to deliver the car to me upto 18Nov2015, but car have not delivered till today. I came to know that related banker's cheque No.211773 of Rs5, 99, 842/-(Five lacs ninety nine thousands eight hundred and fourty two only) has cleared. After this I contacted to NEXA showroom executive Mr. Harish, I said to deliver the car before my marriage on 26Nov2015, he said you would be first priority of the Maruti Suzuki Baleno delta Petrol granite grey. I am planning to show my in law's gift on my marriage date so that I can save my face and my reputation. Today I contacted to Mr.Ravi Kumar but he said “I will call you after few minutes “ but he did not reply and did not gave the delivery status of car.
      I am unaware of hidden happenings and the right stock of car dispatch from Maruti plant and car availability at Maruti or Nexa. Please tell me the reason why there is delay in delivering the car since 23Oct2015. Please help me to escape from this problem and if possible make my deliver of car to me before 26Nov2015.

      my name is bhakti i had booked maruti baleno on 3rd Nov 2015 from nexa andheri east showroom, they said will get the delivery by first week of December now they are saying the color which i had choose Autumn Orange id not getting dispatch from the plant, please can you help me with the contact or email ids where i can directly contact with maruti production team or any other ways from where i can resolve my issue

      my Self SANDESH BOOKED BALENO Zeta version on dec 23. I was told that waiting period is 3-4 months. Last week I got a call from Dealer that waiting period is increased to 9 months. This is really freaking.. how can somebody will wait for 9 months. They are telling either cancel the booking or go for S cross. I don't have interest in S cross. I don't want to cancel the booking. Is there any way I can take legal action against them..
      Myself Koushik from Chennai, i have booked my baleno Alpha 1.2 on January 14th 2016 and expecting delivery by May End or June 1st week as confirmed by my RM, my quoted waiting period was 5 months. I hope the waiting periods are not properly communicated to the consumers prior by the showroom people. I have booked in Popular Vehicles and Services Chennai. I have to say there is a excellent service provided by Nexa. My RM was polite with me all the times attended my calls promptly. If he missed to attend my calls, he will call back and apologies for not attending the call. I am seeing reviews everywhere that people who booked car in Oct to December month got delivery by February or March. Because till December the waiting period was quoted to Chennai was 3 months. When i booked in Jan it was informed as 5 months. In your case Sandesh the showroom might be bluffing you. Call Nexa customer support and inform about the informed waiting period. Maybe the showroom people must have allotted your car to someone and bluffing to you saying that it will take 9 months. These 6 to 8 months waiting period news was instructed after February only from my knowledge. So you can claim from Nexa or can file a compliant to maruti itself if possible. Your bookings will be or should be pushed by the showroom people. This is what happened in my case. My RM informed me that we have asked maruti to dispatch more Ray Blue variants since it is the most demanded color in their booking lists. So as promised I am getting it within 5 months. So raise a concern with maruti directly by contacting them or else drop a mail stating your query and mentioning your dealers name and address. This might resolve your issue.
      I have Maruti Baleno zeta diesel it zust 2500km run in small speed breakers also the front shock absorbers give big sound i am not satisfied about the front suspension the Maruti company dnot aske feedback about vehicle they ask only about service feedback only

      i am also facing the same problem (fake promise, worst service, Delay in delivery etc etc)
      i had booked my car 16aug2016 from KOTHARI WHEELS PUNE VIMAN NAGAR
      the told me that we ll give you car whiten 3 month and you ll get your allotment latter in next month
      after that i apply for loan my full payment is ready and i ask them for allotment latter now they said
      you have to wait until the 15nov we ll try our best and all the [censored] fake [censored] promises

      Same things also happened with me, i have booked Baleno Sigma (granite Gray) car on 26 August from Nexa pagaria, Aurangabad, when i booked car, showroom executive has given delivery assurance during Diwali festival, but till date i haven't got any proper feedback from them. during booking on 26 th August dealer said, if you booked base model you can easily get car in next 2 or 3 months" based on that commitment i have booked base model. my loan has been approved for 45 days now time is over hence i have to re-apply for the same. (its hectic)
      please resolve the issue.

      when i booked the car showroom commitment delivery on dated 31.03.2018 but today they told me that on dated 31.03.2018. we will not provide you same colour of baleno car on dated 31.03.2018. They told me that company is not delivered the this colour car.

      My question to the Maruti Suzuki company if customer booked in advanced, why compnay is not giving same colour, and what is meaning of last moment that now it is not possible to same colour.?

        New Battery problem of car: My car was purchased in Jun 2015. Yesterday, last night i.e. on 20.11.2015, it stopped while parking in a busy center. Though the repair was done, I felt that I was cheated as this problem happened after second free service and car total running was less than 1100 KMs.

          Hi, MY name is Vishal Kambli and I have purchased an Alto 800 CNG from your showroom on 9th November, 2015. The car which was delivered to me has a starting problem.. From last 6-7 days I was unable to start the car if it stops running. I thought of escalating this issue once I visit the service centre during my first service but today on the petrol pump I was not able to start the car at all….When I was trying to call Maruti service it was not reachable, as the car was stuck in the middle of the road I was forced to call a local mechanic and identify the problem. Post checking it was to a surprise that the nuts of the battery clamp was not fitted at all and the car was not able to get the current because of which my vehicle use to stop while running. Secondly the kenwood system fitted by you gets restart 7-8 times in day and we have to wait till it starts playing. Thirdly both the back doors are vibrating and a noise comes continuously during driving. Also the wheel cap of front left wheel was lose fitted which I have done the fitting from local mechanic. Please let me know do you people have a serious PDI team or you fool people by delivering such cars and make us suffer after paying you 4lacs. It was very embarrassing to stop a vehicle in a traffic and start working on a silly problem.. I have all the video recording for the reference. I was about to write this mail to Maruti service but Ms Subha from Ghatkoper brach had called and she will picking up my vehicle tomorrow from Rabale to check the issue. You will repair my vehicle now but what about the inconvenience and embarrassment caused because of you people. Do you people take such things for granted????? Regards, Vishal [protected]

            My vehicle RJ204300 WAS given for servicing after a long time as i was out of station and vehicle was idle .SURPRISINGLY SERVICE CENTRE AT KOTA INFORMED ON VISUAL CHECK THAT ENGINE HAS GOT DETACHED FROM BODY CHASIS AND PROBABLY BOLT HAS GIVEN THE WAY. This type of problem in my view is of very serious nature and certainly affects safety of vehicle while running.that seems to be design defect.service centre personnels held long servicing time responsible for it but I AM NOT CONVINCED. INVOICE NO BR15007067 DATED 19.11.15. I SHALL LIKE TO KNOW YOUR VALUABLE ACTION.

                I would like to invite the kind attention of MSIL regarding a complaint against my Swift Zdi (New Swift April 2015). My car was delivered on[protected] from Pasco cars Pvt Ltd at Gurgaon. My car’s tyres are alloy type except the spare stepney tyre. Normally it is not just for MSIL but for all other leading car manufacturers, if the wheel is alloy type, the spare one will also be alloy. MSIL also followed the same for their top variants earlier i.e. in Ritz Zdi, but the custom is differed in the case of newly launched Swift Zdi, its very shame in this matter, especially a leading car manufacturing company like MSIL.

                Just think about a situation of tyre puncture/ in the time of tyre rotation or any other such situation the car is to be run on the spare Steel Wheel, i.e. three wheels alloy and the other one in Dark black smoky steel. I can't imagine such an ugly situation of the car on the road……

                What a shame to vehicle as well as to company…..

                I think it’s a problem not only for me but for all New Swift Zdi owners and upcoming buyers. So I expect that MSIL will full fill their customers’ desire by replacing such steel wheels with alloy wheels by contacting their customers on top priority. In case if there is any spare tyre fitment related issue in back space, it should be resolved by company.

                Kindly concern the same issue as a common. I hope MSIL will resolve the issue at the earliest. I am waiting for your valuable reply and a call for replacing the wheel.

                  I have booked my maruti suzuki vdi granite grey model on 20th October 2015, with an assurance that by 5 days my car will be delivered. Today is 18th November, exactly 28 days and still there is no assurance from Maruti Suzuki when will be my car delivered. The booking amount of Rs 10000 was paid to Tristar Cars Chandrapur. Everytime there is a feedback that vehicles are stuck in Gurgaon factory and cannot be transported.

After making the purchase and getting delivery they did not do any service and they stolen two speakers from rear doors, music system was not working and gear has some problems. we observed and told to True value executive, he told to bring the car next week for service. after few days of the service we observed clutch problem. when i checked with local mechanic he told clutch assembly has damaged. true value is asking to pay 7000 to replace the clutch and no one is responding properly, every one is telling to check with other person, no one is ready to take responsibility. I have guarantee and three free service also this problem is there from purchase.I got frustrated with the True value. kindly help to do the need full or please take back the vehicle and refund the money.                         when we have run only aprox.-85 km engine clutch plate is damage due to human loss effected. and we are travail with family for long route due many loss happen.

                        when clutch plate broken i going to authorized service center for repairing.and we spent aprox. 8000 rs for repairing.

                        now i am going to main dealer when i purchase vehicle and telling about vehicle but dealer representative not hearing my problem.

                        i am mindly disturb please help me urgent basis.
                        i have spent 550000 but i have not satisfy this vehicle.
                        please help me & claim my report.'

                          The vehicle is only four years old and had covered only 13, 000 kms in four years.the burst of engine block is a very rare case in the history of maruti company and so we need a replacement of the engine block at free of cost. instead of helping us from getting rid of this problem, the maruti dealer, indusmotors, pala has been mentally torturing us by giving different bills at different times. the damge occured on 22/10/2015 and we informed indus dealers on the same day itself, but they failed to take the responsibility of the problem and so we asked the approximate amount of the engine block and they informed us that it cost 20, 000 rupees of which indus motors had send a mail regarding the same. but even after 20 days of taking the car for repairing; indus motors is now behaving to us very rudely, saying that the engine block presently cost 40, 000 rupees. indus motors, pala had told us that, as the maruti company had stopped manufacturing the engine block, they had ordered it from bellary. at the time of ordering the part, the cost was 20, 000.but when it reaches kottayam, they are changing their words and are asking us to give 40, 000 rupees. please help us.the cost of engine block has been increased to 20, 000 within one day. the conversations we had with the dealer has been attached.
                          the indusmotors, pala dealers of marutisuzuki is never customer friendly. we doubt the good condition of the engine at the time of buying it; just after four years of buying a new car, if its engine bursts, then what is the guarrantee of people driving the same car. the damage occurred, just two days after the guarrentee period of four years. neither the maruti company, zonal manager nor the indusmotors, pala has behaved well with this condition. they never were ready to take the responsibility.

                            This is regards complaints [protected] this was raised on 29th Sept itself and was closed without taking any action. Its is SERIOUS COMPLAINT. The MARUTI SERVICE STATION ( Prem Motors, Gurgaon) accepted they had misinformed and accepted that the supervisor tried to cheat the customer for 30 - 40K rupees. The complaint was still closed without any action taken. I had demanded for compensation. Another Complaint was raised [protected] its also not been actioned even after 10 days

                                Maruti Ertiga VXI No; TN05 AX 3956 bought 1 12 year, car gear could not able to change & got stuck. Complaint registered no: 931901 at 3.33pm, it was promised that it will be attended in 45 minutes thro sms but no one had attended as of now 5.25pm

                                Waited in vain, poor & worst response by Maruti Suzuki team!

                                we are helpless and having second thought on your service and please do not commit what you can not deliver!!

                                  I had booked a maruti Suzuki ritz lxi cng petrol from malad Autovista dealer.I got the car delivery late and the cng kit which they have fitted is a D Graded kit.So I told them to fit the Lovato cng kit.But after fitting that kit my new car stops anytime anywhere even if I am driving on petrol.So I m asking for a new replacement of the car
                                  When I received my new car there was a dent on the bonnet.The right back side interior panel was broken. The reason they gave me for the delay delivery was that my car which was allotted to me has been misplaced in the workshop.How funny is this!!.
                                  It was Diwali time they made me waited from evening 4.30pm till 11.00 pm night for the delivery of the n then next day they made me waited till 10.30 pm night for cng fitting. No matter waiting for my car but the cng fitting was not right. The car was not performing properly.While I was driving even a 50 kms speed the car engine shuts of n the steering gets jam.I was almost going to bang the truck in front of me as I couldn't turn the jam steering. By God Grace nothing happened to me.n now I am fed up with the car n the response from the company.

                                    dl1cn2961 1.I have been cheated by you i have made a numerous complaints or request to your showroom from where i have a purchased swift ldi from true value and i have asked for the finance details to be provided to me that has not done till date later i my self approached the bank directly then came to know that the roi was told to me at the time of availing the loan is completely different i was shocked and called the krish pitampura to explain the same why it has been escalated, till date i have not received any reply from their side. 2. The very first day i have pointed out and told them vehicle requires the mechanical job and asked him to pen down the points i am still waiting for the same that has not been done completely. 3. Most importantly some parts of vehicle been manipulated by them before handed over the vehicle to me that i can prove. Kindly look into this seriously or i have to knock the legal doors

                                      I had given my Suzuki Access in Riya Motors Service Centre Bhandup in August for servicing.At the time of leaving vehicle i informed them that it is emitting smoke, they said that they will call me and inform about the complaint.After sometime they called me and said engine has to open and piston need to be changed, approximate charge for the service would be Rs[protected], I said ok and then they did something and again called me and said they found some other problem in engine and some parts need to be changed which would increase the charge and it would be appx 4000 and in this way every time they come up with the new issue and service charge is getting increased. I asked them why they have not informed me about the problem earlier ? They are saying just now we are noticing.At the end i paid Rs 8733 plus 1122 for the annual maintenance contract. Within one month suddenly it stopped, like before, this time as well they said that they need to replace filter box and it would be fine and service charge would be less than 1500, i said ok. Now after keeping my bike for almost a week they are saying they need to open the engine again and it would be costing me around Rs 8000 to 10000.This time i said no, so they charged me around 1650 for general services.They should have informed me about the engine problem earlier at the time of leaving the vehicle or over call after analyzing the problem. Seriously do i need to pay this huge amount of money every time for servicing and that too for two wheeler.I would have purchased a new bike or should get replaced the complete engine with this amount of money. Service representative should informed me the total cost of the servicing at once.He should not fool the customer like this.Even after servicing and paying around Rs 12000, my bike is not running properly. Why do they run authorised service centers. It would be much much better if we do service with local mechanic. Cheating customers in the name of authorised service center and looting money.                                         Hi, my car Alto Lxi HR29 W8962 was not getting started so I called up Insuh Auto, 13/3 Mathura road, Faridabad to get the same checked on 5th Nov 2015. As per the Insuh Auto, there was issue with ECM so I asked them to repair the same. They took 7 days and finally communicated on 13th Nov that the same can not be repaired from their end. Car was there in Insuh Motors for 7 days. On 13th Nov they returned my car. I had very bad experience as I had to survive without car for 7 days and finally car could not be required by Maruti's authorized dealer. Then I decided to get my car repaired by other Car mechanic in front of me only. Finally I got to know that my car's ECM was changed by Insuh Motors. In my Alto Lxi they have put maruti 800 ECM. I have been cheated by Insuh Auto and had pathetic experience. Such people are spoiling the brand image of Maruti Suzuki. Pls help and resolve my issue asap before I knock the door of consumer court.
