Mast Kalandar — Disappointed Customer

Hello, My family have been regular at Mastkalandar since it started in Bangalore. We have been invited to multiple Mastkalandar events mainly at the Indranagar(CMH Road) branch. I was very disappointed with the food I got Parcel from your indranagar(CMH Road) branch few days back. 1. Unlikely, Chole taste was just like some ordinary stuff, even color was different(generally it's dark). 2. Sabzi had Bhindi, which was not of good quality, It was not soft and full of fibre. 3. The taste of overall food was not like the one we get regularly. Wanted to bring my concern as I felt I wasted my money, but more over I don't want to loose one good joint which my family feels happy to go, just due to the drop in food quality.
