I am a victim of this fraudulent. Matrimony directory are cheating people, making false promises, assuring to provide business from Bharat matrimony. Kushagra Dadheech Sales Executive Matrimony Directory Pune [protected] was constantly following me to enroll and assured me return business worth more than the amount being paid. However after getting the money he is now absconding and not picking up phone. I managed to contact him once, wherein he said He is no more associated with Matrimony directory. There is no one who is aware of these promises he made as part of this deal. I tried contacting customer care and narrated my complaint, they listen to our grief and keep telling us they would surely get back in 2 days. No one has come back as when I would get my money back as I have not received any services as promised. Please help me refund my hard earned money.

We are Studio PixelSense - Yogesh Jadhav & Shrikant Shimpi - Candid Wedding Photographer MatrimonyDirectory Executive/Agent Name - Ankur and Anand from Pune. Executives have given me so much good commitments like- -They will help us to get so much good photography deals every month that all investment will get covered in first couple of months . -They will forward the enquiries even from other big cities like Mumbai, Delhi if client don't find any photographer available there() -You will be only Photographer listed in that category for Pune -You will get all your investments covered in first couple of moths. I got lot of calls from clients having different requirements and not The Candid Photography requirement. I have attached screen shot where my Studio PixelSense is listed in last normal catagory though I have paid 25000 for Featured package. In screenshot you will see other listings with tag Featured & Premium... For my listing there is no tag and its now on third page. That means, as they are growing they are cheating people like anything. I not even got a single call for special Candid Photography. I want to get my all money back asap. Thanks! Yogesh [protected]

This complaint is regarding matrimony directory where we were duped thrice 1st time we made premiere listing where we were getting only leads no response for that then your customer care executive told us take Elite listing in this there was no proper leads neither proper interaction with the customer. Your customer executive told we will fix an appointment with customer but there was no response.Now 3rd time Mr.Sushath shetty told he will personally talk to the customer but from last month he is not even picking the phone not even a single response we are not even getting proper leads Mr.Sushanth shetty has cheated us so please take necessary action his number is [protected]. So we request you fool a coustmers in this way Matrimony directory is really cheating people

It is about premium listing of matrimonydirectory.com or else i can say advertisement investment in this company i just want to share my super duper bad experience with this company i invested a big amount of money with this company to get business of video shooting/sound/photography etc. on 5th june 2013 till date there is no repose about the commitment done by the senior executives of the company, and the commitments are like i.e. giving business, web site development, premium listing in the search engine of the company's web site etc., Absolutely nothing done yet.
Finally after 45 days i fed up & called them to refund my money as i have no more TRUST on such "false commitment makers". Now they are not responding for cancellation of the deal also, they just cant bother,i think they have CHEATED me. Also there is big bug on the company's search engine that some of my web designer friends told me which i was not aware, So i will never recommend anyone to invest in such fraud companies.

"They just make us fool & earn ransom amount from decent people like us."
