Dear matrix team,

Please check our china bills shared by you.

The bills are too high, we have taken plan of rs. 2999/- per person and in your bill its showing fixed charges of rs. 7000/- & rs. 10, 000/- respectively

The trip duration was 27 aug till 2 sept 2018.

We regret to inform you that this is absolutely unprofessional behavior. As you raised total bill of almost rs. 40, 000/- for 3 persons for 1 week usage.

We have a very long relationship with matrix and but i fear that we may have to change it now because of your heavy bills.

I suggest you to check properly and give us the valid bills.

Immediate action on the same will be appreciated and expected.

Their team ha no internal communication and they lie to customers.

Very very fraud people.
