[Resolved]  Matrix Innovative Service India Pvt. Ltd — product and refund not provided cheating company

I have place order of 504pcs of Butterfly s
Cooker to matrix innovative service pvt ltd. On 15th march 2019, till today they are telling fake words that they will dispatch product today likewise three weeks went. I paid total amount of rs. 764334 on feb 18th, 2019. I have already sent mail to get refund of my amount. They simply cheating everyday till today. I have all audio call records from day one. Moorthi, Sanjeev and ganesha moorthi are running this company to simply cheat people by getting money. Like this matrix innovative service pvt ltd they have another company called samuthiram consumer product pvt ltd it's only for cheating purpose and they also tell skoda is their brand. They had given me the cheque of samuthiram consumer products pvt ltd but the cheque had been bounce.
I had given then the legal notice on 3rd August 2019. Now see what happens.

I have place order of 10 PCs Tosihba LED TV to Matrix innovative service pvt ltd company at chennai as on July 2019.But they are not deliver the Led TV and give some duplicate bill and courier receipt to me.For. this order purpose I paid the total amount Rs.1, 12, 000/=.on july 2019.I have to follow them if goods not deliver refund my amount many times make call and send mail to them.Till today they are telling fake words about my amount.I have to maintain all accounts details and record them voice record also.They are cheating company so don't contact anybody to them for further business.

I have order 2pcs of led tv and home theater units to s k home appliances on 7'th august 2017, till today's date, they have been providing fake reasons that they will dispatch products, its getting shipped and things like that. Its been more than 2 years and there is no sign of product delivery or returning the amount which i credited in advanced

So far they have received closed to 2.95, 000/- inr from me and these many years when i asked them for a refund. They used to provide me cheque leafs with the amount quoted higher than which i gave them, but when the cheque is processed its getting rejected and the same story continued so far till date

So far i have recorded all the voice calls, emails and cheque leafs received from them as evidence

They have also started a new solar ac business and named their brand as skodo, they used to promote their solar ac product by this youtube link

All i want to mention is, these people are big time fraud and they have been doing this fraudster activities for years and years to cheat people's hard earned money

These frauds had recently seen these posts and have changed their youtube channel which they used to promote their solar AC Product.

I also ordered 1AC and 5 nos of Fan and they are not yet delivered the material. every time they are saying the fake words and not refunding the money.

Requesting every one don't order any consumer products to Matrix Innovative Services India Private Limitted. Mr. Moorthy and Mr. Ganesh are the big frauds.
