Matrix Innovative Services — Payment for an electric scooter was not returned

I have paid in advance amount of 55000 to Matrix innovative services by Sep-09-2021.
But until now they haven't sent us the vehicle. So we started asking for refund of money. But they are not refunding the money. Please help us to resolve this issue as soon as possible.
I will attach the screenshots for payment which I made towards Matrix innovative services.
