Take very strict action against maven career solution pvt. Ltd. This is fraud consultancy. They have took money, they hv manipulated me and other job needy person. And they use to play my time & career as well as others.

My name is vandana i hav registered myself with maven career solution pvt. Ltd. In starting of the december 2015 which is located at p-27, 2nd floor, office no-201 main market, malviya nagar, new delhi -110017 (Near ccd & hanuman mandir), they took money from me on the name of "refundable" well i paid that amount “i hv receipt also” and after that they said:
"your final round interview will be after one week, we need one week for process your documents n all".

Later on i got to know that fact is they do nothing on the name of documentation ect.., they just keep our documents by them self only they never ever forward anywhere.

Well i wait for one week they never revert me back then i contacted them, after so many calls they receive my call n said that
"from bank side there is some delay it will take some more tome or something like that m not remember exact words".

Again i waited some more times, now its been one month no reply from their side. Again i called them they were not receiving my calls, anyhow after 2-3 latr on they pick my call n given me the same excuses which they hv gave me last time.


Then i said refund my money as it is (Refundable), then they said it is not refundable never even refund my money. I received shortlisted mail from their side there was written it is refundable amount. I.E.: this is the mail which i received from them. Here are the content of that mail where they hv clearly written it is refundable amount:

Greetings of the day!

We have gone through your resume received on our company e-mail id and we are glad to inform you that your profile has been shortlisted by maven career solution pvt ltd. For banking operation position in hdfc/icici/axis bank etc.

This interview program will consists of two rounds. As per your primary selection procedure you will be scheduled for first round of interview by the hr, where in you will be screened on the basis of your communication skills, education qualification and basic knowledge of banking industry.

Further if you are shortlisted during the first round interview you shall receive a confirmation e-mail from the company.

As per the procedure kindly carry a copy of your updated cv alongwith 2 passport size photographs, copies of all educational mark sheets/certificates, photo id, address proof and processing fee of rs. 500/- (Refundable).

Job profile: operations (Backend)

Job location: delhi/noida/gurgaon etc.

Interview date: 14 march 2016 to 17 march 2016.

Interview time: 11 am to 4 pm

Ctc: upto 5 lpa

This email i received from maven career solution pvt. Ltd.
Now its 23rd march2016 its been 4 month no reply,
At the time of my registration in maven consultancy there was so many candidates for the interview n searching for job i have more that 4-5 more candidate from maven consultancy who hav paid the amount and yet they also not receive a single interview appointment from maven consultancy.
Personally i spoke to every one candidate who are registered with maven consultancy they are also saying the same thing they also not receive a single interview appointment from maven consultancy not receiving any call/mail, these candidates calls also not receiving then i found it is fraud consultancy and they dont have any tie-ups with any of the a single banks across country they dont hv such as any agreement with any banks which can prove them that they are hiring for bank.

I checked on ministry of corporate affair’s website that is this consultancy legally registered with mca or not. What i found that maven career solution pvt. Ltd. Is not registered firm even and this is fraud consultancy.

They use to always publish on job portal sites they have job requirements in hdfc/icici/axis bank etc. They use to make money only they never provide a single job maven career solution pvt. Ltd.Is a fraud consultancy.
They only manipulate to jobseekers/candidates,
Their office owner n staff are very illiterate n unprofessional, even they don’t know how communicates to someone.
One of my relative is lawyer delhi high court. I will file a complaint and lodge an fir against maven career solution pvt. Ltd. I have each n every evidence n proof as well witnesses. And i will insist to all in my contacts candidates n other candidates as well those who have paid the amount and cheated by maven career solution.

I would suggest to everyone beware and don’t pay any amount.
They are the fraud n cheater people

Kindly take very serious n strict action against maven career solution pvt. Ltd. This is fraud consultancy and punish them under section ipc 420. They have took money, they are manipulate me, they wasted my time n played with my career. It should be permanently shut down.
