Dear Ms G, I am Ms P from the same company, working with them for last 2 1/2 years & it is a beautiful company to work with. They provide all necessary documents & complete all required formalities & pls don't mislead people. If your are unethical, unprofessional & indisciplined, every company has a right to take an action against such an employee & Newstar in that case is not an acception. I must tell everybody that it is a company that put lot of efforts on their employees, train them & make them strong professionals.

Why you didn't mention Ms. G that Newstar gives awards, celebrate month ends & even you had received an award from the same place. You very well have an offer letter & all the documents from the company & are very well aware about all the policies. You must realise your repeated offences & indiscipline & if any action happens against that, you should not blame the organisation.

I must tell everybody that please use your own senses & don't go by such emails as these are individual circumstances for which you are not aware about the truth.

Many such people mislead & misguide others just to satisfy their scores.

If you want to work in a good organisation which can really help you in building you career, Newstar is the best place to work with.

New Star Consulting is the worst company to work with. They never provide you the salary on time even they will fire you without the salary. Environment is very cheap.No one is supporting there. They just hire and will treat you like slave. Worst place.

I am a victim I work seven month i had closed 2 position with amount of 28 LPA and & 16 LPA . But I didn't get any incentive even i didn't get any thing.

They fire you without any reason, who just going to fire on the basis if you are using social network(linkedin) for search right candidate, they not pay properly, they deduct amount from your salary without any reason, working place like(FISH MARKET), , THINK BEFORE GOING THIS TYPE OF CONSULTANCY

New Star Consulting in Malviya Nagar above karim restaurant is the worst consultancy in Delhi NCR. The director Mr. Hemant is a very ill mannered person. He don't know how to talk. He is a [censored]. He behaves with the employees as a servant. But the Senior HR Miss. Sushma Rathor is a very polite lady. It is a very worst place to work.
