I had purchased one kurta from max .and as soon I reached home, I found one stain on the kurta.so the very next day I came to the store and asked them to exchange the piece and myself told them the issue.but they denied that they can't take the kurta back.but to clarify u the kurta was not used once, also the tag was still there on the kurta but I was very upset with the staff sitting on the counter that he did not address my concern and refused me any help.request u to investigate the issue or I will have to escalate this issue further to higher level Was this information helpful? |
