[Resolved]  Max Fashion — Products not getting returned

I had purchased a click and collect order# [protected] and collected it from Max store, RPR Plaza, Marathahalli, Bangalore 560037 on 24th December, 2021.
I went to return a few products from the order on 27th December, 2021 but the store said that it was facing some technical issues. I had a word with the customer services team who told me that the issue would be resolved within 24 hours. However, the issue got resolved only after 6 days since I had literally had no choice other than to escalate the issue.
The order is still somehow not reflecting correctly on the app as I cannot process the return of 3 products. The customer service tells me it is the store's problem and the store says it is the backend issue and has to be handled by the customer care team (Store Manager Mr. Mubarak is not even responding to my call and cutting it without helping me out)
I'm really frustrated as I can't return the products. It's been really high time and I want the refund now as the Max team seems to be least bothered about resolving issues.
