Wrong Delivery done by Max Fashion team.. and I have been asking for getting me the right article.. which they don't agree as they have only return policy and no replacement policy. Then the refund that they are processing is lesser amount because I availed some discount on the purchase of more than INR 2500. My argument is that I can't buy the same product with that discount now because i again need to do a purchase based on current scheme so refund me the full amount.
While refunding the partial amount also, they are not refunding full amount to my account instead partially to credit balance because I used the voucher. Now I am saying that I can't buy anything with that less amount and i do not have any other need right now.. just refund the amount in my account which also they don't agree
It is unnecessary harasseent for their mistake. They haven't made any policy for the wrong delivery they do.. for that as well they are penalizing the customer Was this information helpful? |
