Max Fashion — Money deducted but order not placed.

i have ordered 2 items in max fashion of Rs.1278, payment was done through phonepe but order not placed, please kindly refund my amount back . thankyou.

I recently purchased item from max shopping app worth₹698 online on 12.12.21. The payment was done through phonepe bhim upi and amount was debited from my account. But order confirmation is not received either message box or order history.

I placed an order and didn't receive any mail or text confirmation for the order. I paid using upi(gpay) an amount of Rs. 1119 was deducted as well. Could you please look into it what happened. In my order history there is no active orders showing but i have purchased a combo of two mens joggers.
Please initiate refund of order (Rs. 1119) if the order is not placed.
