Return done, courier accepted Max not refunding money

I've been complaining them from a month now. I've been requesting return from 1st June, 2021. The first time it was canceled after 10-15days. Later I mailed them, then a pickup was supposed to happen till 21st. But Bluedart agent picked it up on 16th June. I was technically supposed to get an email.or msg with #AWB or tracking number as every company sends. They did not. They chose bluedart as my return courier company, I did not. When the bluedart agent picked my package( 2 lower/pajama's - Rs.499 each) I did not receive any confirmation msg. Now Max saying they haven't received any return. I had to call the courier people to confirm if they returned it, the customer service was supposed to do it. I am asking for the return AWB number, as the courier guys saying check the #AWB, you'll have your proof. Funny, I don't have it. Max is stuck on the return confirmation message, I told them I don't have it, bluedart did not send me one. But the AWB is my proof which they not sending me. They have the worst customer service, who do not understand that I was just asking for #AWB. And when I talked to a customer representative he said they have it. Then why not send that to me or check that instead. They just fooling customers.

I purchased a product coast 1439, but I received a low cost pant .I asked for refund my money, they took the product and asked for my bank details. After submitting the details they said it wrong in number . I submitted pass book copy also.but now they said they send but till now it’s didn’t receive yet.its almost one month finished.concern person to take necessary action against dis.

Fake delivery was attempted to my address, the product was supposed to be delivered on 25th December but I got a message that I declined the order, which of course didn't do as I never received any call from the concerned delivery person. And finally the order was returned. I have attached the photo for the same.

I recently purchased item from max fashion app worth ₹279 online on 6th oct. The payment was successful done through google pay and the amount was debited from my account. But neither i'm able to see the item ordered in the order history nor received any confirmation mail from max fashion.

payment from netbank is done successfully, but order is not reflecting in order history
I had order product for rs. 649 using max app and payment for the same was done through netbanking sucessfully. But to my surpise the order placed is not listing in the order history.

Returning the product bought
I have placed a denim on 17th July, 2020 which is oversized. Hence I have placed a return request. But there was no initiative from the courier services. I called n number of times, asking the executives to place a return request from their side. But there was no help. One of the executives suggested me to hand over the parcel to a nearest Max Fashion showroom but they denied stating, they cannot accept the product as it was placed online. Its ridiculous and irresponsible of Max Fashion that they aren’t doing the needful.

Hi,
I have ordered 3 items on 22nd march. Out of 3, one item cancelled from there end, 2 has been delivered late due to lockdown on 3 rd may. But after seeing the quality of cloth i initiated the return of my one item i. E pyjama. Even called up for the same on the very same day.
But they didn't pick it up nor refunded my money as it was lockdown. Even during this lockdown time they started delivering if new orders. But not given service for return pickup.
Even though i cooperated and wait.
But after lockdown also they didn't picked it up after my lots of calls and mails.
Every time they put my call on hold for such a long time... After the same statement every time that it will be resolved within 5-7 business days.
But till now not any solution came to me.
I am totally frustrated... They are mentally harassing me.
Please help.

forcing customers to buy large size plastic bags

Recently i shopped at max store.
I was charged 8 rupees for a carry bag.
That was a large sized carry bag. On asking for small carry bag i was refused. The person at the counter said they don't have a medium or small sized carry bag & also said that's not their job quoting "company provides us this carry bag we cannot do anything" they refused to do anything.
This is absolutely wrong.
First of all max company prints their logo on plastic carry bag and then compell their customer to buy large sized carry bag

Bought kurta of 549 on 29.01.2020 from max fashion gandhidham.
500 voucher was redeemed.
Now today i went to size change they are saying tha price os reduced to 320
Even there staff Sudanshu misbehaved.
I have kept that kurta there and those shameless people kept it with them.
Without inwarding stock.
There was no such clause mentioned on voucher.this is my 3rd such experince with max fashion store gandhidham

I bought a few things from the delhi store located in vegas mall, dwarka - which is near to radisson blu last week. Out of the 6 clothing items i purchased, 3 products are defected - torn from the stitching - these are 2 thermal pyjamas and one thermal top.
These were bought in colour charcoal grey and pink.

I have placed an order of 6 items on Oct 23rd and one item is yet to be delivered. Whenever I call customer care, I get the same automated reply saying working on the issue. It's has been more than 25 days .
Called more than 3 times to customer care and still they are working on the issue. Unable to cancel the order from my side too which most of the online portals have.they too are not cancelling or refunding the amount too.

I requested your team to replace the ordered# [protected] items as your team mentioned it was damaged in logistics as they refused to replace and informed me they are going for repay my money.
This is a long pending case and we have contacted your helpdesk team several times and we are not getting correct information regarding refund.
With out our mistake we have waited almost for 20 days without any response from your team and it doesn't make any sense to wait more 4 days.

I called them up and every time different customer care executives assured me that my money would be refunded within 10 business.
Last telephonic conversation, they informed they will transfer around rs 2999 to my account and the rest amount have some technical issues and they will look into it.

My order I'd [protected]. I have ordered 7 products.5 products returned.one product status showed as delivered but I am not getting any product. Best cheaters in this world. Customer care service is too poor. Response from them is very bad. I am not getting refund amount also. I need my money back.

Max fashion outlets are charging extra 5 rupees for carry bags, which they should give free of cost to their customers. Raising this, they did not fear law. They don't fear on anyone and all of their outlets charging for free carry bags. I asked them to add it in bill also and they smartly added 5 rupess for "white paper" rather clearly mentioning carry bag clearly. Please take necessary action on it. Bill is attached here.
This is not the case with max only. All the brands like big bazaar, pantaloons, etc are charging this illegaly without any fear. Govt need to take strict actions, so that they fear from doing this openly at least.
Anticipating quick and strict action on this.

It's with deep regret I am writing this to bring your attention towards my worst purchase experience, have been a long term customer with wonderful shopping experience in the past however my current shopping experience has turned out to be horrible, triggering a serious negativity ..
Happened to purchase Gents Full Sleeves Tees which was available on a discounted price tag making it a catchy offer to grab, within a few days, the material started fading despite proper machine wash and within 3 washes the material has turned patchy, loose like a gunny bag, loosing all its shine, texture and fitting which is seriously unbelievable cuz even the cheap and non-baranded Tess available in the market for peanut prices last for years altogether but the durability of this item has surprised me, raising a serious concern about the veracity of your brand...
Is this what you sell at your outlets & post sales you leave customers lingering for addressing their complaints / issues..?

If i call up and ask reagarding the product they are telling me that the delivery person waz not able to deliver this the 5th time... Very bad... Experience... Received a defective product having cut into it. After returning came back to me without my knowledge and any notification. And 2nd time the product came with that cut plus having some burn patches into it. Very bad experience with Max, very disappointed with the customer support service as they are not ready to except their mistake. Simply blaming me that I have put that cut.
Can send you the image of the product. Please help us in resolving this issue and I want my money back.

refund not received even after 2 months of returning the product.
It has been 2 months since i've returned a product and maxfashion still has not given the refund. Such a bad experience from maxfashion. I have given multiple calls to maxfashion and the customer care executives have not been able to help in.in one case they asked me to contact my bank, which i did. Even the bank has not received any refund statement from maxfashion and the bank too has raised a complaint. I look forward to file a complaint in the consumer court.

I haven't received my prepaid order (Order id: [protected]) till date. I have been chasing for it more than 25 days with no answer to my queries.
Worst experience till date of online shopping.
Tried contacting max fashion customer care as well regarding my order but always received same reply from them that "we have escalated the issue and will get back soon". But no one have provided any update. I feel max fashion doesn't care about their customer and their feedback as well. I never expected this kind o[censored]nprofessional behaviour from such a big brand when i am regular buyer from max.
