Max Health Care — non-receipt of policy document

I booked a health care policy online for my parents on 02-may-2019 @ for inr 10, 990/-. Received the payment receipt also (Attached for ready reference). But now they have switched-off the mobile no [protected]. Two ladies named ms. Aarti & ms. Kavya contacted over phone and told about the policy and the website. I thought its genuine. I followed-up 2-3 times, they picked-up and assured that i will receive the soft copy of policy document by 06-may-2019 and hard copy with 15-20 days time at the given address. But since 06-may-2019, above mentioned mobile no. Is switched-off. I tried to complain on website at the given email id &, but i have not received any response from their end. Now, after reading reviews, i am smelling a foul play and feel that i have been duped & cheated by the fraudsters in the name of max health care and that this website & the organization they have formed for policies is fake.

Request you to kindly highlight the matter suitably and take action immediately so that these frauds do not loot other innocent people.
