This is to bring to your notice the irresponsible and unethical conduct of the FINANCE team of Max Hospital Saket and how they are harassing and cheating customers.

I booked a health care policy online for my parents on 02-may-2019 @ for inr 10, 990/-. Received the payment receipt also (Attached for ready reference). But now they have switched-off the mobile no [protected]. Two ladies named ms. Aarti & ms. Kavya contacted over phone and told about the policy and the website. I thought its genuine. I followed-up 2-3 times, they picked-up and assured that i will receive the soft copy of policy document...
