I have taken. Home isolation package for my mother.
I needed a new prescription for Hr CT.
Dr sukriti could not send even after 20 hours.
While purchasing the package, doctor picked and spoke well.
However after that she stopped responding completely.
She didn’t pick my call and neither shared the prescription.
It’s very traumatic to get associated with Max.
Please help

    I am a dialysis patient and undergoing dialysis twice a week .The billing counter of dialysis closes at around 8 p.m. After 8:00 p.m. we have to go to Emergency for billing which causes a lot of inconvenience as they are not aware of the rules Moreover many times we have been asked to submit the certain documents immediately causing unnecessary trouble to me and my family members. All guidelines for billing should be issued to patients so that they are not troubled unnecessarily.

      We came on 24.10 morning for high sugar level of my father but on rapid antigen he was detected Covid positive despite our request no RTPCR done. He was declared negative on 29 morning but nothing done for sugar. On 30.10.2020 he was discharged but again we had to admit him for high sugar. It is still not good. Since morning I am waiting for doctor but no visit that too in private ward. Hospital administration is saying that doctor is in touch with nursing staff. How far this explanation is justified. I am worried about my father's health.

          I have sent pre- approval request and not getting proper response from TPA. My patient was need to admit today but due to TPA request I delayed it for tomorrow and I am not getting proper response from TPA.
          Most of the calls are not received when I am calling and also false information was provided. My approval is still pending please help me out. I am trying to call but call is not answered . Patient need to admit tomorrow morning.

                Issue related to Over-Billing of a Covid patient

                This is regarding the hospitalisation of my mother, Mrs. Anupama Rawat, Max Id- SHBG [protected], IPNO- 214698. She was hospitalized on the 20th June 2020 as a patient of Covid and was admitted till 23rd June 2020 and the bill that was charged for her amounted to Rs.1, 08, 215 by the hospital.

Despite providing cghs card, person on bill counter charged rs. 497/-, vide bill no. Dtic 143217, which was not liable to charge in cash from cghs pensioner as per rules on the subject.                   I have already had a checkup with a lady doctor at Max Health Super Speciality center at Saket, Delhi. No where in the OPD card of prescription has she mentioned her registration number which I need to sumbit to my office for medical claim. Her PA is completely useless. The doctor is forcing me to either do a new medical checkup then only she will provide the registration number or else she wont provide the number. She is intentionally trying to loot the .money just for a registraion number. I have already had a checkup thie May 2019 but she is forcing for a new checkup.

                    Recently about one month earlier 11 may 2019) i bought a health policy from max healthcare. There website is maxhealthcare.org.in and there email according to given website is [protected]@maxhealthcare.org.in. A payment confirmation email of 11000 rupees also received from above email id and also received call from no. [protected], [protected], if i try to contact on these numbers both are switched off or not reachable.
                    But till now i have not received any policy number in soft and hard copy from the concern department.
                    Today my friend also registered on their website for medical insurance and provided his details (Unluckily there is no contact given on their website) and a call received from that side from the number [protected] and she started telling about there plans (In fact fake plans) after few seconds my friend started talking about my policy, she asked my name and put my friend's call on hold and now they are not picking any calls from our numbers. Please help me out from this and take steps to stop these kind of online fraud.

                      My father had to be admitted to hospital for few blood test but
                      I guess you doesnt value the patient time.. They have been delaying it saying no bed is available.. Admin is not giving any information really you sucked up all the energy and money.
                      Hope you guys will improve your service and deliver best to your patient.

                        there plans are same and they are now fooling people inthe name of max.
                        Please register a case in cyber crime .Than only u will be helped.

                          My dr. Pramod sharma has mentioned in prescription to have thallium test to check viability and reversible ischema in lad.
                          At nuclear medicine where test is performed they named this test as stress mibi/tetrafosmin mp scan with gated and performed the test on 7th feb 2019. I devoted 8 hours for this test and at the end of the day i have been told that test is completed and i may collect my complete report on 8th feb 2019.

                          When i reached to collect my report on 8th feb 2019, i have been told that they only performed test of reversible ischema and they forgotten about the test of checking viability and this test needs to be performed separately again to check viability and patient had to come again for this test.

                          Its completely a misguidance approach by hospital to its patients as they never told me about the complete test and when they committed that whole test is done then where is the question of checking viability test separately.

                          Moreover i have been told that for this viability test i will be billed again.

                          When once i have approached with dr prescription to nuclear medicine and the thing which is mentioned in prescription that has been billed then why should i pay separately for a test which is not done by mistake of hospital.

                          Moreover if hospital has forgotten this test to be performed on 7th jan 2019 then why i has not been communicated this thing on day itself and also the same has not been communicated to me next day also.
                          Only when i approached to collect reports then i got to know about this.

                          I need an strict action for the staff who is handling this case.

                          Dr pankaj dougall is hod of nuclear medicine and necessary action must be taken for staff who reads prescription carelessly.

                          This type of careless and reckless behaviour can take the life of a person.

                          It's a life threatening call from max hospital staff for their patients.

                            I am a educated software professional working as maanger in mnc, i have strong professional network across india and overseas, and my family being located in ncr, i ahve strong personal network in delhi ncr;

                            Due to nervous problem, i was admitted in max hospital gurgaon on 1st august to 4th august 2018;

                            Below is my experience and observation:

                            1) medical history assessment charges of preserving my records is charged as 1500/-, this was never requested by em and i do not want max hospital to preserve my records; i have stated that i do not want these charges applied, and so want reversal and refund of charges applied by max hospital, the charges are ineethciala nd berach my priovacy alse as i do not want amx hospital to maintain and keep my medical records;

                            2) i never met any rmo, i am not sure if there was any rmo assigned on my floor; however inethcial and cheat max hospital applied (Rmo charges (Rs 600/-) general physician, i have not met any general physician in my tenure at hospital so these charges are invalid and wrong... Rmo charegs should eb remoevd and refunded as wrong charges applied by max hospital..

                            3) on day 1, i told dietitian and refused her stating that i am not diabetic or have any heart issue or cholestrol, and i do not need any dietitian help, but shameless and cheat hospital max still applied 350/- rs as dietitian charges;

                            Injections and emdciations worth 15000/- are wrongly charegd in my bill and charegd to my insurance company…if above issues are not resolved i will have to report this breach and fraus to insurance company and also report to indian medical association/ medical council of india
                            A) and / or not only you will loose me and my family who will never give opportunity to max hospital to serve us but also our family network,

                            B) i will personally blog all the poor service issue and misconducts of max healthcare hospital to masses and write blog every sunday at various popular websites fro my justice and for patients who might be exploietd by max healthcare
                            Will report issues to indian health ministry / medical council of india/disability protection forums and ministry

                            I want wrong charges which are applied in bill (Gnic78156) dated 04/08/2018.. As (350/- + 600/- + 1500 equals 2450/-).. Refunded immediately;

                            Not only max hospital has careless staff; but they are greedy management who extract money from customer in various ways and customer is not aware of the same..

                            Why one should not go to max hospital:
                            - careless staff;
                            - extremely expensive as compared to other hospitals in guragaon;
                            - inefficient and un-trained nursing staff (Comprising mostly freshers), i had experience of bleeding and pain by careless injection done by a nurse;
                            - most doctors are not dedciaetd and are shared doctors who either work in their own clinics and with other hospitals; they arrive late or are non committed to max hospital patients;
                            - max hospital is a chain, so if a patient wants to report anything on careless nurse ro doctor he/she has to fill feedback form which takes weeks which reaches management after weeks if not lost;
                            - therefore max hospital does not have individual responsibility and have commodiised medical services treating humans like animals;
                            -max hospital have many tests which are available in all big hospitals like urodynamics and many other tests which patient has to get from outside;
                            -max hospital guragaon has very limited and poor quality o[censored]rology doctors and staff;
                            - max hospital has lot of extra charges which can be clubbed as inethical charges like mandatory assessment records (1500/-), dietitian charges, miscellaneous charges which makes max hospital inethcial, and wrong doer and i will not advice or prefer max hospital in future..

                              Subject-extra money charged by max super speciality hospital, vaishali

                              My father was admitted in emergency on 22.05.2018 at max hospital vaishali. I have a tpa through vidal. My concern is with the wrong billing by max staff and their rude behaviour. My tpa approved an amount of rs 84350 inr and asked me to pay 17247 inr (Copay + deductions) directly to hospital. Despite several discussions the hospital however forced me to pay for 19254.26 inr instead of 17247 inr. I tried to make them speak to my tpa team however they were reluctant to come on the phone. After several discussions i managed to connect them to tpa desk but they still did not agree to the tpa suggestions. Person at billing desk was very rude and shouted at my wife and me. When i told him that i would raise a complaint, he said pl complain to whomsoever you want to but we will not refund the extra amount. This is tantamount to cheating. I am forced to pursue a legal recourse against the hospital because of this erratic behaviour. They had done the same financial irregularity when my dad was hospitalized in the same hospital in jan'18. That time they had accepted that they did a fraud in calculation and revised the calculation right in front of me. I did not raise a formal complaint then because they apologized to me.

                                We had hired an attendant from max for our father mr ashok sabbarwal. The timings were 8 to 8. The attendant started cmg post 9 after 3-4 days and we complained on it. The other person who was sent can't even read a name of a medicine n can't even give medicine to the patient. He misbehaved also. Extremely poor services of max home.

                                  My new born admitted vaishali branch ip no. 45185 with estimate for 2 days then extended for 4 days. Hospital is not discharging him even if he is ok and having no complication.
                                  Request is made to release even requested treatment in aiims without any action.
                                  It was conveyed to start feeding after 24 hrs of operation, however nursing staff did not allowed even to meet the baby.
                                  It is quite surprising that an email returned undelivered sent to info. [protected]@maxhealthcare.com as appeared on their deposit slip and all cover letters.
                                  So there is no way you can put your complain to the hospital.

                                    He is the most confused, inproficient & rude doctor. He has no time for critical patients nor does he care about the lives of the patients who come up to him, this guy is only interested in minting money. Even after knowing the health history of the patient he didn't think twice and jumped to the next level of treatment knowing that it's a gamble with patient's health.
                                    Not a doctor but a con man!
                                    Would advice people not to consult him since he and his incapable team are waiting for people to shell out money.
                                    His treatment is useless, rather distructive.
                                    Someone very close to me has suffered a great deal because of him and his team.
                                    When his treatment goes wrong he blames the patient & his family.
                                    Totally unapologetic person.
