On 18th march 2024 patient arrived Ramkirshna hospital
Dr. Deba Dulal Biswal (oncology) From ramkrishna care hospital

Patient has been admitted for 4 days and has not even seen a doctor in the hospital in 4 days. Then we decided that we will not get treatment here, then the Dr. Deba dulal came and started arguing with us.
They were forcing us for immunotherapy.
He was misbehaving and scolding the patient's attender
And when we asked for discharge they wasted our time for 2 days.. did not submit any bill to the insurance people and included the bed charge for every day we were in the hospital.

    Came to consult Dr in Nephrology said Dr is free get the consultation slip when got the slip in 5/7min the sister addressing in door saying Dr got busy in meeting and will take about half hr.
    If any meeting is to conducted the same should be updated in notice or to the addressing nurse or brother.
    This shows the timing of patient is not imp unnecessary wasting time

      The person of step down ICU including duty dr are very careless and they are always giving excuses

      As today it was third incident as they are not doing proper care and because of this
      My patient have a bedsole also before this incident there was one incident in which when I visited my mother was having high fever but they are unaware about the same and when i ask to check the temperature then they find that ahe is having fever and after that they stary the treatment for the same

      And there are so many other incident in stepdown icu which are clearly indicating that they are not doing the care of patients properly

      Kindly look into this matter and do the needfull

        We believed that the hospital takes good care of patients but there is not a single chair to sit beside the patient for the attender in general ward, when I asked them to give a chair they said to sit outside.my father just got harniya operation he was not able to speak, so I was with him the saline water was not flowing show i informed that staff, she was rude and took 20 min to come after saying three times
        My complaint is whether the hospital provide a chair to sit beside the patient or provide attentive staff .

          Hi,
          My patience was with this hospital since 2018. The doctor are never able to detect the actual issue and the only way to handle my patient was through ICU-R OR ICU-M. The doctors doesn't explain the case of the patient. We are just paying and paying we have paid almost 15 lak almost and now more. Please help get my patient treated well.

              My patient dr ashutosh kumar was i'll treated in icu, was critically ill and alone and was asked to shift, on his own to another bed just because some so called vip patient had arrived. She was not critical and on her choice she was shifted out also soon. If d admn behaves thus wd a doctor, how will they behave wd a common patient?

                I have put up in deluxe ward with my patient and each day for breakfast lunch dinner they cause problems. None will take orders properly, none will pick phones and when ordered they send the wrong order. The food is highly expensive and of worst quality. It is a shame that one pays so much for the stay and food and still have to suffer. We are not from raipur and in this phase of lockdown how to manage food from outside

                  On 17th night i went there for check up, they kept me there for 3 hour, given me only one mask, total bill including medicine i have received of rs2600/-.in the bill i have seen they have charged rs 300/- for 20 quantity of mask but they have given me only one mask, other things in the bill i didn’t get but i am realised now that ramakrishna care hospital is one of the worst hospital in chhattisgarh. Bill photo attached. I am also given a feedback in mouth shut for the same, i will also complain for the same to local police that this hospital is making fool to other people.

                    Sir my name is srinivasulu i'm living in sakilavari street, fathekhan peta nellore, in my street there are a lot of street dogs, it is very horrible to walk in this street in this street there is a minimum of 6to7 street dogs. The dogs are disturbing during day time and night time please take a severe action against this street dogs as soon as possible. I[censored] delay to take action my street people will mix poison in food for the dogs.

                      I am father of gaurav singh who was admitted to your hospital on 19th october 2018 to ricu. I am sad to tell that he is no more with us. We had left the hospital on 18th november 2018 due to shortage of payments we were not able to continue with the treatment.
                      We were in hope of getting our cashless insurance claim which got denied after ten days of admission. So at the time of leaving we had settled and paid the amount of rs. 11, 50, 000.00 in total. After which we had returned medicines of rs. 38550 to your hospital which we had bought from our own cash on the very same day. We were told by mr. Pradeep that the amount will not be adjusted in the bill as he is from seperate department and return payments will be done within two days as they have seperate departments for such payments. The same was told by your medicine staff mr. Kishan. We were requested for account details at that time which we provided at that time. After two days we lost gaurav and i couldnt follow up. But now i am told that i will not be paid any amount. So i request you as we are already dealing with many issues in my life, please dont add to my misery and make my medicine payment. Through lot of fighting and begging personally i had made your payments.. I had trust in your hospital integrity and words. I request you again for final payments.

                        At this hospital all the doctors are working as a team to lie to the patient about his condition so that they can make maximum money out of patient.
                        A patient is a money bag to them.They do not at all care about the patient....
