The person who was incharge his name is Manish ([protected]). There was a test whose report was supposed to shared on 12th April, sharing the screenshot below -

There is no report of this test. Plus when I am trying to contact Manish, he is disconnecting the call, not replying to the messages and ignoring every means of contact. Please tell me is this the way Max treats it's customers in such a disgusting manner. I had an appointment with the doctor where i was supposed to carry the reports and I do not have any status on it apart from multiple reminders. I need the report in anywhich ways by today itself or else I am gonna report this matter to the consumer forum and the other higher authorities. I am so digusted and agitated with the third class services.
