I booked a RTPCT sample collection two days ago which was collected today at 11:30 AM by Mr. Raj Vaishnav.
Post collection of the sample, I requested the collection agent to please provide me the link through which I can pay the amount via my credit card. Once I had made the payment, I showed him the Payment Successful Page on the phone and immediately I received the payment confirmation message (Attached herewith).
After some time I have received multiple calls from him since then stating that "that your sample will be on hold until you pay again as we cannot check for the payment status at our end."
I also shared with him the transaction screenshots via WhatsApp for reference but he still insisted that I have to make the payment again to which I responded that why should I pay again when I in person showed you that the payment was successful from my end and is also reflecting in my transaction logs, to which he simply told me that he does not care and the sample will be on hold.
This is not the kind of service I expect from MAX. Really Pathetic experience.
Request you to kindly look into the issue and please get my sample processed as I cannot have this delayed.
Also If Max Lab cannot process the sample, please let me know so that I can arrange accordingly with some responsible lab.
