With utter dissatisfaction I would like to draw attention towards my recent & really bad experience with MAX LAB. I booked a home collection sample for my Mother for couple of tests and their collection executive came and asked me to cancel the booking from my side as they will not be able to take one of the tests (however which they should've informed me earlier), He told me to call on the customer care number for my further refund related processing.
It has been 15days since my order been cancelled but I have not yet received my refund amount. Even after many phone calls to the customer service, and even i approached their Sr. Executive MR. RAHUL PRASAD but there is no proper response regarding this matter and now he didn't come to the line afterwards whenever I call.
EVEN AFTER SENDING MAIL TO THEM, NO ACTION TAKEN TILL NOW.
I am very dissatisfied with this approach. Such inefficiency is not expected from Healthcare industry during this period of pandemic where people are treating them above God. Was this information helpful? |
