With extreme disappointment, I am raising this complaint against Max Health Care. I booked a COVID Home Sample on 7 Jan 2022 for the slot on 8 Jan 2022. The sample collection was not organized and I've been following up for the refund since then.
I made the booking through the website on patient id - ML01346528. Ive spoken to their customer care, their executive has been making false commitments of processing the refund.
Ive not received any email about the status of my refund as well. I hope this complaint help other consumers. I raised the issue on Twitter as well, but no response.
