Max Healthcare — Rude and Misguiding staff team

I had been awake, sitting outside in the ICU waiting area (EAST WING, 1st Floor) and my sister had undergone a surgery and resting in the ICU. I had been awake all morning and all night.
One of the catering staff members was leaving in the lift when I asked him about where could I go and get a cup of tea at around 5:45am in the morning (since there was no cafeteria or facility available) after 10pm here in Max Saket Super Speciality Hospital. The staff member enquired if I was with a patient and then responded that I could go and ask the nurse to call and place an order for a cup of tea where my sister was resting. The guard/attendant from the night shift at the entrance of the ICU floor went inside (around 6 am) the ICU and asked the available nurse to do so on my behalf. He came back at told me, they had placed the order.
Around 6:50am, when I did not receive the tea, I again went inside to recheck on the same. The duty for the guard/attendant had changed and the new person in charge was Mr. RAJKARAM. after explaining my situation on placing an order before he had arrived, he constantly kept on telling me on how it wasnt allowed to get anything for family with the patient and I should go downstairs and get a cup of tea myself, whereby nothing was available or open at the time. I asked the attendant (Rajkaram) to get the nurse so that she could understand my situation and the nurse in charge (Ms. Anjana) came out. I tried to explain my situation to her as well to which she rudely and without understanding replied that I should go arrange my tea myself and nobody is allowed to place tea orders from up here. I told her how I had waited for almost an hour and how I was misguided to which she replied she doesnt know what to do now and asked me again to leave and get my own tea.

The staff in Max saket themselves dont know the right way of guiding and treating people. I am here for my family’s care and this is how they treat people. I believe they feel like they are much superior to others and that people waiting are their slaves.

I believe a proper orientation of staff is required or a complete change in staff could work too.
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. MIGHT NOT EVER COME BACK TO THE MAX CHAIN.
