In your MRI department at MAX Vaishali center, no protocol or sequence is followed, no records of customer sequence, who comes first. This causes unnecessary confusion and irritation to patient waiting . As in my case waiting to get my Daughter MRI test, and since 5 O'clock the time I summit my form till 6.30 pm I got a simple reply that ur number is third and will take another 1 to 1.5 hours to you. How is it possible that in 1.5 hr no person moves and now at 7 pm they called me, that too after having little argument. You can take it as a complaint or suggestion that at the places one should maintain register or a lot a number to patient to avoid argument between your technicians and patients Was this information helpful? | |||
