My father is suffering from brain hemorrhage nd he was operated on july 1st 2019... And he is icu till today.. So few days ago surgeon told me to play some songs for him (Via ear phones) as it will help him to activate his brain.. So we started playing songs on daily basis for one hour... So my problem is when ever doctor saw my mom they starts creating problems for her like.. She can not play songs over phone she have to buy an i pod.. So i asked doctor whats the problem with a cell phone so he told me its not allowed.. So i asked him that we were using our phone from last wek.. So whats the problem now.. So he said take your customer somewhere else... So my question is how he can say those words yo me.. Nd on the top of that i bought nail cutter on thursday yo cus my father nails.. So nurse told me she will do that but till now she didn’t cut those nails.. Secondly due to high medicine dose.. My father is suffering from hair fall.. But there is no one how can clean those hair from his pillow.. Evertime i have to that.. Nd one day my due to hospital was one lakh and i had a word with ranjit he is from billings department.. He told me to submit that by monday and we have this conversation on friday 12 july but on next day nurse told me to submit the cash otherwise they will stop the treatment... I have so many problems with this guys but no one here to resolve these problems

    My father is a cobler and he is not well so he went to max hospital for treatment on the basis of ews category but they din't entertain him and referring here and there. After spending 4-5 hours he came back to home without any treatment.
    At reception the person said that we can only do the treatment if you will pay.
    Delhi government says that ews person can get the treatment in private hospital also but it is not true.

      I have booked an appointment with Dr. A Kumar (Internal Medicine), Max Smart Super Speciality Hospital, Saker for 17.50 hrs today (15.07.2019). I reached at the hospital at 18.00 hrs and it took about 10 minutes at the reception/bill desk. The billing clerk billed and sent us to the doctor. But the doctor was not available in his chamber. On enquiring from the nurses station, I came to know that Doctor A.Kumar had left his chamber at 18.00 hrs itself. It is very disappointing that the doctor/hospital administration didn't bother to inform the patient (myself) that he will not be available after 18.00 hrs. Though, in the past we always get the call from hospital/doctor for confirming our visit to the doctor at the scheduled time and date.
      My husband came to escort me, leaving his office early while I was on leave for the very much required check up of myself having very high BP.
      I was asked to see another doctor Shakti Kumar, who also left the hospital, asking me to wait; which lasted for an hour.
      Please take appropriate action on the said Dr A Kumar for his carelessness, resulting in the harassment of the patients and intimate me as well of the same.
      The duty manager present was also too harsh and not helpful.

        Before admission to hospital I have taken a package of Rs 1.44 lacs for an economy room, after admission availed the same room type & treatment but to my surprise while billing during discharge, hospital claimed a bill of Rs 1.83 lacs. When I objected they said that the package was given to you by mistake. Pls take serious action against hospital for wrong billing so that they should not repeat this error again of charging excess amount to the patient, i have attached both copy of package given to me & final copy of the bill.

          This Complaint regarding to MISS PALLAVI HANDA (ASLP) senior

          His behaviour is not good towards the intern student . she always harassing the intern students and if anyone raise there issues regarding there complaining. She always torture them by saying ( mein tumhari complain kar dungi ) and does not inform about my client and after the client gone then she inform . She always use vulgar language at front of clients and always threatening me by saying (mein tumhe dekh lungi) am a intern student not her worker if my work environment is not safe then how I gave my best towards MAX HOSPITAL and I am not only one who should suffer this problem my senior were also told me about her vulgar behaviour

          Sir, I only request you to resolve this problem otherwise guide me what should I do because I don't want to do work at such place where the working environment is not safe and I mentally assault so much by the MISS PALLAVI HANDA I clearly inform you that you should take appropriate step within a short period of time because I here only for 2 month but within a week I leave this job from here because work environment at there is not safe. And the reason to leave this intern within a week is only and only MISS PALLAVI HANDA

            Worst hospital in delhi.. Never ever go to this hospital. डाकुओ की दुकान, मैक्स वशाली फिर बी ठीक है. हमारा मरीज को ३ दिन पहले HDU से GENERAL वार्ड में shift करने को डॉक्टर ने कह दिया, पर ३ दिन तक shift नहीं क्या, जबकी नय मरीज को बड़े आराम से बेड मिल गया, मैक्स वशाली के रेट और मैक्स पत्पर्गंज के रेट में भी बहुत फरक है. जबरदस्ती आप को ICU में shift कर देंगे और रोज का बिल 70000 से 80000 बना देंगे. बिना कोई estimate दिए, फिर चाहे आप के पास पैसा हो या ना हो, फालतू की डॉ. विजिट और testings की ज़रूरत ही या न हो और टेस्टिंग के रेट. नार्मल से तीन गुना.
            वाकई चोरो की दुकान है, मै तो किसो को भी सलाह नहीं दूंगा

              Worst hospital in delhi.. Never ever go to this hospital. Normal fever patient total bill they sent to us is rs 2 lakhs. And patient health is still same after 15 days hospitalization. The nurse even learn on patients on how to put a cannula. They only send bills and upholding patients to their own mercy. This type of hospital should be closed immediately.

              please return Our money, worst hospital in delhi..You have played with my patient health. Wasted our money, time and health.
              Pathetic hospital . Patients are so called ATM machines for them . My grandmother admitted to this hospital due to heart attack, after putting stunt she was okay . Later on very next day she was shifted to ICU where in the early morning around 5 am .the ward boy forcefully wake her up and holded her right arm so tight that legment tear happens/ even we have doubt of having a fracture . She 65 year old and struggling for life due to this incident .
              Hospital people are so normal that they charged unnecessary amount from us and not ready to give anything in writing or compensate against this . You wouldn’t believe we tried to contact the managment but they refuse to talk .

                The customer care informed me to use the app for immigration booking. Only one doctor named dr vanita arora was present there. I told her that i am immigration checkup for canada and that woman accepted the case depite not being authorized for immigration purpose. She put up a long list of medical checkup costing me 8k. All your medical staff too supported for immigration checkup and continued with their tests. It was the last monet when i was told that immigration checkup takes place at lajpat nagar. Refund my money.

                  Very disappointing i always tolerate with your kitchen items sometimes water was dirty i ignored but this time i found insect in “sambar”.

                  Basically today’s breakfast menu for patient was idli & sambar and patient is very keen to eat breakfast because very carving and her favorite food.
                  While she was having breakfast almost she consumed half of sambar and when she was taking another bite the she got to know there is insect in sambar.

                  Team if this is the cleanliness of your kitchen its better not do provide any food patient can bring from home.
                  She is in icu there are many precautions to enter the icu ward and if these thing can happen. It won’t be tolerate able.
                  After this incident some kitchen guys came and saying sorry. I want to ask them if i will not pay hospital bill and will say sorry i don’t have money. Is that tolerable?

                  First thing you will say “agar paise nahi tha toh aye kyu”. Correct me if i am wrong.
                  Now i will say if your vendor is not taking care of kitchen protocols why vendor is there.
                  Because this is the third time i am complaining for your kitchen but i am escalating because this time i won’t tolerate.

                      Today i have went to your marketing van of yippi noodle he is starting misbehave with me in front of my 8 year daughter i have requested them samples or purchase noodle for my daughter.                         The appointments timing in max hospital is only for fresher as they pay on the first day consultations fee. On the second day you don't have to pay consultations fee again and doctor doesn't bother about the appointments on the second day.

                        Case:
                        Today i had an appointment with a doctor (2nd consecutive day) at 1045hrs and i have an other appointment with another doctor (First day). The first doctor came at around 1110hrs. I informed staff nurse/ reception tha i have my next appointment at 1145 hrs with doctor as suggest to me on the first day. Staff nurse told me it depends upon doctor, i can't do anything in this. I waited till 1140hra then i asked nurse and went in. Doctor asked me to wait till 1400hrs and told me to go to other doctor first.. (He was sitting vacant but i asked me stating that if i miss my second appointment what i have to do.. Thays why he want me to be sit there and wait as an arogance).

                        This is veru demoralizing and very unprofessional attitude. Kindly try to improvise on this part.

                          I was shocked with the bill as just for some doctor who i didn't know came and said "your uterus is normal, this pain maybe because of infection" i have been charged wherein i just wanted my doctor to come i didn't want any other doctor to visit me or charge me for anything but as usual they are here to extract money not to take care of you. I am really upset that i chose this hopital for my delivery i just have one reason and that's my gynaecologist for which i am staying here other than that it's an absolute nightmare because after seeing the breakup of the bill it was more than shocking.. They have charged me for freaking all the person who just came to ask me "are you feeling okay" come on man if you have admitted someone then of course it's your responsibility and you have to take care of it or at least ask me if i want to pay those charges.

                            I had gone max hospital saket branch for eeg today, that guy who was there to do eeg, he had no manner how to talk, he did not know how to do eeg. After applying electrodes that man started gossip with his colleagues, they were laughing, joking without noticing that a patient is waiting, it was a terrible moment for me to wait in such position, after waiting a long when a shouted then a lady came and removed electrodes. For me max is no more.

                              I am a government servent.for reimbursement of my bill. i visited the max hospital today at 4pm with documents. the papers have no sign of the docter concerned.the doctor has left and will be able on saturday only in opd DR. RAJESH MISHRA. i requested the reception for final stamp and signature of the c.m.o without doctor sign, by today, as our clerk will not be available from tomorrow for next fifteen days. i personally went to meet MS JUNIDHA...

                              I have been doing treatment of the dad in max saket since 2015 and this year again we have to go to max saket for treatment for cancer as the doctor told us to we need cyramza medicine for the patient so the doctor made me to meet one vinod in oncology department who usually gives appointment to patients for daycare treatment. As doctor clearly had mentioned in the report that we need to give 400mg of Cyramza but when i went to get it from max they made me pay for 500 mg and aftr the first cyramza dose i asked vinod and also the max pharmacy guy why i was made to pay for 500mg cyramza when doctor has mentioned only to give 400mg they didnt gave me any answer. I paid Rs. 2, 31, 778.80
                              For the therpy and the receipt that is with me shows 500mg and doctor prescribed 400mg. And interms of the price difference between 400mg and 500mg there was price difference of Rs.49, 000. I have been paying max saket since 2015, neither was i having any panel or insurance . It hurts when some reputed hospital like max cheats you and takes away your hard earn money . I dont know wheather max hospital will respond to my allegation or will they just keep mute like their employees did when i asked them . I tried to contact the zonal head but was not able to, but now i have been left with no other choice other than file the case in consumer court regarding this. I am attaching bill of cyramz which i was made to pay for and the prescription of the doctor as well

                                My mother had an angiography test and it caused 21000. They gave us reports and discharged my mother. Later when I showed the reports to another doctor they told us we are supposed to get a video recording as well. On asking the hospital they asked us to pay Rs 1000 extra for the video.
                                On confirming with multiple doctors I got to knew that video is always provided with the test and should not cost any extra.
                                This is just cheating patient to get extra money.

                                  Kindly incantation hr (Hod) i ex sub surjit singh member of ech i reach about 16:00 hrs in ur hospital ech cell (Looking mr aman) i want to know what is emergency admit preciser mr aman ask me accident case, patisent on the stature you go for reefer case from ech so i feel this is not good behavior for senior citizen pls kindly action and reply me imminently.

                                  I brought my mum (an international patient ) to Max hospital in Gurgaon for heart disease treatment. She was received as an emergency patient and later ended up being in CCU in the hands of Dr Arvind Das who discovered that a pacemaker implant was the right treatment for her so mum had an implant on the 14th December 2018. I was happy with this. But on our last day (22nd December) Dr Das was supposed to meet us and examine my mother and write a final report and prescription. However, this didn't happen and we were met by his assistant (Dr Vikas) instead who briefly looked at the final tests and wrote a final prescription. The prescription said there should be a review in 6 months. When I asked about the after care in between the review Dr Vikas and the international coordinators team told me that I should be able to contact Dr Arvind Das via WhatsApp and email when there are any issues and there should be help available.
                                  Now, that communication with Dr Das happened for one month only. Recently my mother was having difficulty with some medication she took so I contacted Dr Arvind Das for advice on the 6th of March but he has not responded. A week after, my mum was vomiting blood so I contacted Dr Arvind Das again for advice to see if medicine would need to be reviewed but he has not responded. I contacted the international team and asked to pass on the message to either Dr Vikas or Dr Arvind Das so they did but the response received from Dr Vikas (the assistant) was that mum needs to see a local doctor in Tanzania as the symptoms she may be experiencing have nothing to do with what Dr Das did. I was shocked to hear this response. It is true that Dr Das' treatment has not caused any problems but that is not the reason we turn back to him. We turn back to him for advice when there are concerns because we trust his expertise than of the local doctors. I am frustrated that these Doctors are focusing on the pacemaker treatment they did rather than mum's overall health.
                                  Again, today (1st April) mum run out of one of the medicine which we could only find a lower dose of locally so I contacted Dr Arvind Das for advice to check if to get this low dose of medicine instead but he did not respond. I tried to call him but he disconnected my call.
                                  I'm so so frustrated that a hospital we put so much trust on has let us down. We came to India for treatment because medical care in Tanzania is poor. We chose Max because of recommendations but this experience has left me feeling that out choice was wrong. I feel there should be a well-thought-out after care plan for international patients. Even if it's a telephone call or an email conversation once a month where a doctor gets to listen to a patient and hear any concerns and then come up with a solution or advice.
                                  Furthermore, I think the doctors should be able to have a system where they can review medicine for patients and give advice if there are any concerns.
                                  I know friends who have been to other hospitals in India and are still receiving ongoing medical care from their hospitals.
                                  For us, when we chose to bring my mum to Max, Max became our hospital so we put all the trust on Dr Das for ongoing advice. If he is going to withdraw his assistance to provide the after care then we need to know who else will provide this. It's simply not good to treat a patient and abandon them. We paid a huge sum of money to Max and this is how we end up being treated for it?

                                    We came on 30th march for gastro issue. My wife was not attended properly. A junior doctor met my wife. But the senior doctor never met my wife although he was present in emegency. Before discharging the doctor did not ask the condition of the patient. We had to remind the nurses to remove the drip repeatedly. Even after reminders they came very late.
                                    Max Hospital customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                    It's been almost two days my aunty is in the hospital..they are not giving bed telling us that there is no bed available they have given us date for chemotherapy .but they kept my aunty in emergency just to make money ..at rate of 500 per hour ..please sort out our problem ..she has a cancer in the lever.
