The people working in SSB block counter 3 and 4 are very disrespectful discriminatory and rude. They denied us an appointment for doctor 2 days in a row for the reason we didn’t bring prior medical reports reciets why was clearly show in our app. They behaved so inappropriately because we are from Northeast Region region of the country...

        Wife o[censored]ndersigned was scheduled for endoscopy as per prescription of CGHS doctors.
        Inthis regard an appointment was made on 24th aug 2023 at room no 147. Safdarjung OPD building at 9: 00 am.
        Having waited for one and half hour the doctor in charge started misbehaving and rejected the patient with reason as no visible indication is available for conducting endoscopy.

        What is to my surprise is that after continuously visiting doctors for 2 weeks starting from 10 aug 2023 tagt too under cghs pannel. The medicine specialist himself wrote for a test.Which yo our surprise was outrightly rejected by the endoscopy incharge with showing no regards to the prescription.

        On top of that the doctor incharge of endoscopy doesn't have a basic manner on how to behaywith patients or that matter with the staff working under him.
        I am not sure about his name but schedule can be checked on the date of 24th aug 2023 for list of doctors on endoscopy duty. On preliminary inquiry his name is abbreviated as Y S as initial not sure though. But based on enquiry every thing can be confirmed.

        What is to my surprise is that these doctors when working outside their duty hours will act so polite as if they are epitome of politeness. But only when performing their official duties they show apathy and their true colours on how they show disdain towards patients.

        What surprised me the most was that total disregard of the doctor towards the prescription provided by the cghs doctors. It appears that this doctor of whom i am not know much name is a total foul mouthed ill mannered hypocrite who ironically has forgotten this hippocratic oath that docs take while undergoing training.

        Also it is worth noting that if a doctor with shear appearance of patients physical condition can judge the health of a patient then what for tests such as endoscopy have made.
        Such a genius needs to be appreciated and decorated with Bharat ratna.

        Now i understood why people though it cost much prefer private health care because of such shear apathy from public health care executives.

        Lastly idk what to say more abythe incident but one thing is clear that will not go to such institutions for facing harassment. As far as this doctor is considered i wish records may be checked on room 147 OPD BLOCK 1ST FLOOR safdarjung hospital on the day of 24th aug 2023 timing 9 t0 11 am for the details of doctor on duty so that appropriate action can be taken in order to release what is it to work in an essential services.

          I am writing to express my deep concern and frustration regarding the persistent unavailability of a crucial medical machine (UDS from SSB Building) and the mismanagement of test appointments at Safdarjung Hospital.

          It has come to my attention that the UDS machine, which is essential for critical patient tests, has been out of service for an unacceptable period of 7-8 months. This prolonged downtime is not only highly distressing but also poses a severe risk to patient safety and compromises the quality of healthcare services provided by the hospital.

          What is equally disconcerting is the mismanagement of test appointments by the hospital staff. Patients are given specific dates for their tests, and they diligently take leave from their work or make necessary arrangements to be present at the hospital on the assigned date. However, when they arrive at the hospital, they are informed that the machine is still not working. This leads to unnecessary inconvenience, wasted time, and additional stress for the already vulnerable patients and their families.

          The lack of communication and coordination within the hospital regarding the machine's status and the scheduling of patient appointments is extremely concerning. Patients deserve better treatment and respect for their time and well-being, especially when their health is at stake.

          As a government-funded hospital, it is the responsibility of the administration to ensure that all medical equipment is well-maintained, and timely repairs are carried out to minimize disruptions in patient care. Additionally, proper scheduling and communication protocols should be in place to avoid unnecessary inconvenience for patients.

          I urgently request you to take immediate action to address both issues:

          1. Repair or replace the damaged medical machine at the earliest to ensure seamless healthcare services for patients.
          2. Implement a robust and transparent system for test appointments, ensuring that patients are informed in advance if any changes occur due to machine unavailability.

          Patients' health and well-being are at the heart of any healthcare institution's mission, and I trust that you will prioritize the resolution of these issues. Transparent communication with patients about test appointments and equipment status is essential to build trust and confidence in the hospital's services.

          I look forward to hearing from you with a detailed plan of action to rectify these concerns and prevent such issues from occurring in the future.

              I want a strict action against the guards who were standing in ssb ground floor they only abuse the people's like old peoples and when I making a proof through video they snatched my phn .this incident in done on 6 July 2023.i want a strict action and one lady is also involved and they abuse too much .
              And this not the way to treat your patient .

                      My uncle get admitted in Emergency condition at safdarjung hospital Delhi on 11th may 2023 . He is suffering from major disease and now he is in Coma. Now today Date is 22nd May . During this 11 days hospital staff only Checked BP & Sugar level and on 18th May they have done MRI and MRI report also we didn't received till now. Even staff person asked for discharge the patient without providing any medical facilities and proper treatment.Due to this irresponsible activities by hospital staff. My Uncle will loss his life. I request to @SJHDELHI higher authority plz take immediate action and provide proper treatment. Many patient losing life in Govt Hospital due to staff irresponsibility.

                        RANJU KUMARI, I admitted 28 apr 203 in obs and gyne depart ment and now i am in ward no 10. O, my edd date is 07 may but doctor threatened me that if you are not admitted in today 28 apr than i am not responsible .when I admitted After two days doctors said that for delivery i making surgery, but 30 apr at 10:34 am delevery is normal and child was admitted in nursery. After two days my half body under waist to feet will lose and till date i am not able to walk . Doctors and nurses
                        Nature is very bad, they always abuse and say that you should go to private hospital .

                          I am Abhishek Standing In the row Of Burns Casualty Department (Unit-VI)
                          Everyone is standing in the sun since morning but the management system is very pathetic. Staff people are coming from behind and their work is being done, whether it is to put a date on the slip or to see the doctor, earlier they used to send one staff member after at least 4 patients, now one patient is leaving after 4 staff. .

                            This is to inform you I visited on 5 April 2023 and i have revisited 12 April 2023 . I have already visited three times for the blood test .Executevie told me not available kit for the Blood test . Doctor said to me not completed blood test report due not kit available. Doctor has told me These are test not done HLA B 27 & Anti CCP .Hence I kindly request you to eary test HLA B 27 & Anti CCP for the blood test as soon as possible

                              My patient is admitted in ward no.-31 there is doctor named saurav he talks very rudely with me and other patient also.i went to his cabin he said to get out of his cabin and wait outside for a long time then he comes and doesn't see the reports properly and went out from the ward....

                              My uncle's heart surgery is put on hold from last 7 days at Delhi's safdarjung hospital SSB. He is having 92% heart blockage and doctors have suggested immediate surgery. Please help us us, who is responsible if something happens to him. No one is telling when will the surgery happen, what should we do please help asap.

                                  We had reached first in the morning to collect body from the mortuary, a guy whose name, Rakesh in the mortuary demands for the money from the people who came for collecting the body from mortuary on the order of a person whose name Ashok.
                                  I don't know the designation but they are the superior in the mortuary.
                                  When I refused to pay them and said why should I pay you then he said okay and we will give you the body in an hour.
                                  After that he made me wait for the whole day.
                                  Many people's bodies came and went, rakesh and ashok taking money from every body which came for postmortem, post-mortem of at least 6 bodies was done in front o[censored]s, but our body was not even touched. Then in the evening When he had no body left, they started post-mortem for our body. When he was giving us the body, his co-staff misbehaved with us and use abusive language

                                    The incident happened on 17th February, 2023 at around 10:00 a.m. I was referred by a gynaecologist to the STD department of this hospital on the fifth floor. I was first sent in a room adjacent to room no 547 which had a board mentioning that it was the STD counselling room where the registration had to be done and I had to be counselled. There was a woman sitting there who first asked me for details to fill in a reference card, columns were of my behavioural and partner history. She went on to fill most columns by herself and asked me two or three questions only. After she was done with the registration, she immediately started saying that what I was indulging in was unethical behaviour and talked aggressively to me. She further provided unsolicited advice like asking me to get married and shouted at me for no apparent reason. I had not responded to her in any way when she got aggressive and I quietly sat there till she sent me to another room. I have never talked to this woman before and have no relation to her. This was very unexpected behaviour from a counsellor of the STD deportment which is supposed to make young women feel comfortable. Instead, this is how she was treating the women who came before me as well, except for the women who were married. Since she hadn't asked me, she also filled up incorrect information in the reference card that I mentioned before. I felt so uncomfortable and violated that I do not wish to go back to the department of this hospital. Better behaviour is expected from the staff of such a prestigious hospital.
