My grandfather was admitted in max vaishali due to to diarrhoea.
Dietician gave the inappropriate food due to which he had to stay in the hospital for another 2 days, clearly shows how greedy the hospital is and are definitely not bothered about any patient's health. Their irresponsible behaviour showed how careless the staff is and are not concerned about such an elderly pateint health.
After complaining about the cleanliness and changing the bed sheets and patient's clothes, the staff said they do not have enough stock and cannot change and clean the room because of the unavailability of patient's clothes and bed sheets.
I have always consulted and taken services from max but this was definitely the last time i am referring to max and not suggesting any of of friends or family to go to max.

    Hi there,
    I want to. Complain about the billing staff behaviour in max saket heart hospital.
    I was assisted by POOJA an aggresive and angry billing agent, she was so rude and arguing about the queue line as i asked her to settle my bill. Before coz i was standing there from before, but she replied that 'its not her concern', she said she cannot ask or inform any customer even if they break the line etc.
    An example of overload work or extra hours, please train your staffs in customer care management.

      Mr. Munesh, security guard in front of Lift 1 and 2 of East block, Max Hospital, Saket indulges in racial discrimination and that too with glee. Incident on 22 July, 2018 at 11 am. CCTV camera footage may be reviewed by concerned authority.

      We were going to visit a patient. The gurad said that no one is allowed without pass. We were waiting for the pass. Then a local came and the guard asked for pass. He didn't have pass but was allowed. We hail from the northeast.

          Wrong Diagnosis or Treatment

          Due to Wrong treatment, i ended up with severe pain and discomfort all over the treated area.

          A year ago on the month of 22 Dec 2016 ---- i consulted Dr Ajay Jain of vashali max hospital who adviced colonoscopy test whose result was totally normal/fine, when he gone through with my history of pain, Dr. Ajay jain said me fully confidentially suggested EXCESS OF TISSUE (Stating Fissure) which need be removed in surgery and within 5day post surgery your pain will start
          healing. Now its been more than 11 months nothing has been healed a percent and apart from the point of pain it have started paining on the treated side as well coz of which im facing discomfort in sitting and its affecting my personal life and my career. On Total i have spent 70000... for this treatment including consultation and Now Dr. Ajay Jain (Max Hospital vashali) has started saying that it is a case for Neuro or you should consult with psychologist they will cure further.

          Please i expect justification and an effective treatment for the problem. As after spending this much amount i wanted to experience
          relief from my pain but nothing has seemed to work.

          I have lots of time send this type mail on max customer care services portal but till now no response my mail or complaint...
          i thought abouts max is a vary big health caring chain in india and no 1 hospital in india but max doctors playing with people's health for only only earning money...

            Had an appointment (Mobile no [protected] in the name of my wife shailza sharma) with dr. Awasthy for an fetal echo test on june 30, 2018. Got a call from hospital on the morning of june 29 to reconfirm the appointment. Around 4:17pm i get a call from dr.'s secretary that the appointment is been canceled. Asking for the reason she said the appointment was done through the appointment call center and not through us.

            First: she should have been polite while talking to me and not disconnect the call in between when i am complaining about it.

            Second: you should all have been in-sync if this was the case

            Third: after speaking with the dr. It seems like it doesn't matter to him at all how her secretary or assistance speak with the patience. It seems to be a general practice and treat the patience as if they don't worth any cent of life. They need to humble in and polite.

            I never ever expected this from max, anyways this could be one off basis but my experience today makes me feel scared of coming to your hospital ever.

            I am sure this complain will go without notice and the lady will keep harassing more patient like me who may not like to voice out their bad experience.

              Its really aghast to see that not allowing parents to meet patient.. Dad is stading outside hospital and they only let mom to meet.. Its really Horrible to see that.. My mom health is Not so good That she can walk Alone.. So disappointed.

                Sub: restoration of discount and refund of rs 44025/- hospitalizion case.

                I am an old lady aged over 78 years, a widow living on paltry government pension. I was admitted to max hospital on 25th april 2018 in emergency with a low hemoglobin of 3.4. From there i was shifted to icu where i remained till 2nd may. During my stay i was given 5 units of prcb and many procedures were undertaken like endoscopy, colonoscopy (2 times), capsule endoscopy. Finally, enteroscopy was initiated after giving sedatives. However, the enteroscopy was abandoned as the patient was feeling uneasiness. The next day morning on 2nd may 2018, my discharge intimation was put in the system without further corrective procedure and the billing was freezed.

                In the morning i got a bill of total amount of rs 3, 07, 477.30 i have a policy of sum insured rs 2 lakh and the hospital had intimated to insurance company for initial approval. The insurance company in turn had asked for final bill with discharge summary. The discharge summary was signed around 3:30 pm and as per tpa the same was received by them very late at 5:30 pm. Tpa started processing the claim.in the meantime my brother was informed by the billing desk that if the insurance approval is not received by 11 pm the hospital will cancel the discharge. No room was available. Having no alternative we decided to pay the entire bill amount to secure discharge. At this moment the billing section informed that as we were paying directly, the bill amount now was recalculated to be rs 351502.30for the reason that the discount of rs 44, 025/- offered to insurance company is withdrawan.
                In fact as the treatment was incomplete, my hemoglobin again came down to 4.2 and i was given 3 bottles of blood in a private clinic. Thereafter i was again admitted in max saket on 20/05/2028 when my entroscopy was done under ga and bleeding points were plugged. I was discharged on 23/5/2018. This time i have to foot the entire bill of rs 1, 14, 505. I hv already exausted the sum insured of rs 2 lakh.

                Sir, due to my illness and hospitaliztion two times i have exhausted major part of my savings. I request you to refund the amount of discount of rs 44, 025/- which was withdrawn without any fault on my part.

                It is such a shame for such a big hospital for not stocking a face mask for people in need. It is highly unprofessional and lack of medical irresponsiblility from the staff for not getting it available for several request.

                  My father kirpal singh anand age 95 years got a wound in hand and waited for more than two hours for dressing in emergency (Treatment room) at max hospital shalimar bagh, and ultimately had to leave without dressing at 1.59 pm saturday 9.06.2018, behaviour of the lady staff who was permitting other paitents to be treated out of turn when asked her behaviour was so rude and neither she nor any other staff was ready to tell her name pls inform me about the action taken againest her, so that this is not repeated with any other patient otherwise i have mo option to put my complaint to higher authorities and medical council

                    This is second time in dialysis center my blood sample collected in dialysis unit but not sent to lab. This is not good for dialysis patient who already on low hb. Please action to avoid in future.
                    This issue i am facing when giving sample in 9 pm dialysis slot. The technician confirmed that collect the sample but today when i asked for report the lab person saying sample not received. Please find the root cause as bill has been provided and sample was collected and wasted twice with myself. Max is wasting sample collecting from patients. Urgent action needed. Thanks

                        This is to inform you that my mother (Sadqui bano, 64/f) admitted in ctvs icu bed no-7 in max hospital saket since thursday (Dated -10 may 18) after mitral valve replacement by dr rajneesh malhotra sir.
                        When i gone in icu at 11am today, i found that my mother still vomitting & head pain, my mother said that after taking dalia in high dose of sweet in morning, my this condition arises.
                        So i told the doctor that she is having problem if they take heavy sugar in any form then they vomit, may be gastro issue or obesity issue you know well but doctor tania become hyper & shout that after taking sugar patient become sick every patient attended seen towards me, this will told me in polite manner by her also, due to that my patient heart beat become increases & feeling uncomfortable, so i stop the communication with doctor but she inserting me with saying every doctor.
                        So request you to please take small action which not affect her career & insert.

                          I visit in max panch sheel on 7th may and payment with axis bank credit card but on the front desk did not inform us about the procedure if you pay by axis bank credit card you will get 20% discount because when i visit on 10th may front desk inform me about that discount.
                          In my opinion all the front desk people should know about this procedure and some visual control should be there.

                            Me (Jatinder sharma) and my wife visited max hospital on this saturday[protected] for laser eye surgery consultation.in consultancy, dr bhartendu recommended us to come monday morning as he wanted to discuss the case with dr manav (Squint splist.). So as him recommended, we requested receptionist to book our appointment with dr. Manav for monday morning[protected]. So as our request, they told that you can come on monday to meet dr manav and if there is any change you will get sms regarding that. But today when we visited max hospital, receptionist told us that dr manav is not available today for opd. Then i asked them that why u did not indorm us through sms. Then they told that we cannot do anything. I also talked to the staff sitting outside the room no. 2015. They told that you can go home i[censored] wish we cannot do anything for u.

                            No one among the staff said sorry instead they showed very shameless and careless behavior. I took medical leave today for appointment but it went in vain. How max hospital staff can be so rude. I am really disappointed with way max hospital patparjanj did with me.

                                Meri mummy max hospital patparganj mai admitmy mom was admitted in this hospital under the treatment of dr. Satish chabra how is very money minded person even does not have heart to give the proper treatment. Moreover he is running private nursing home and always try to convince the patient to get the treatment done from his personal nursing home other wise he dose not look after the patient. Report of my mother creatinine was approx 5 before admission and after 3 days creatinine was 7. Guys be aware they are just looting the hard earned money and not giving proper treatment. I hate max hospital or yeh bhe kum hai i hate you i hate you i hate you

                                  Yesterday on 10 the march, i got full body health checkup done in max super speciality saket. It was a horrible expereince. There was no system set in place. People were being entertained at whims of. Staff available. Resultanty those who were waiting for their turn, were made to wait despite their turn. Their turn was being skipped to accommodate others who came there with some word. This was quite unfortunate. It shows complete lack of professionalism. I will not recommend anyone to go to max hospital for their health check up.

Please don't try to make fool of patients.

                                    It was a nightmare a journey that started at 8.15 am at max hospital mohali on 3.3.18 where i landed to have my health check up and tests done. The journey was such a bad rather worst experience which i could never forget. I wonder these hospitals are left with just money minting machines and nothing else. They dont have any sympathy with patients. Even after paying the amount whatever they quote you are met with harassment and left with lot of anxiety without any care.
                                    I was asked to undergo some tests as per my silver health check up plan which continued for continously 2 hrs and then started the worst journey for consultations which was hardy less than an hrs job. I waited for more than 1 hr for eye specialist and then i was told to go to internal medicine doctor who was not well himself and then finally i was to go to mr. Dhillon the senior doctor who was to see all my reports.
                                    I was made to wait for another 1 hr, patients were coming and going but when my turn came i was surprised to see that mr. Dhillon left and some trainees were there to look at the reports, when i objected i was told to wait for another hour if i wanted to consult to senior doctor. Nobody was there to take complaint since the complaint desk itsself required some assistance.
                                    Then again i went to php deptt. Who couldnt do anything. Finally i had to come back without consulting the senior doctor and dietician who were there on the package.
                                    If such are the services i would advise the management that very soon the downfall of max will start and there will be another case like what happend with fortis. I will file the case also and would immidiately demand refund of my charges paid to such a horrible hospital my id at max is 37753

                                      On 1st march 2018, the female receptionist of nioda max hospital gave me two wrong reports, one radiology report of some other patient, and the other one report which i have collected already.

                                      When i asked about-
                                      1: the age is mentioned 42 which is wrong, she replied that its not an issue, the report is correct, may be the concerned team have entered the wrong age.
                                      2: when i told the procedure date is wrong, then again she replied the same.

                                      And the second blood report that i asked for is not given, instead she gave me an old report which was already collected.

                                      I repeatedly asked her to recheck the name and id number, but she did not do that and repeatedly saying that the reports are correct.

                                      Please take necessary action and make her understand that this much of irresponsibility is not good especially in medical field. I went at 11 pm to collect the reports, means i need it for any urgency. I directly went from my office. But the way she behaved disappointed me.

                                      Now i have report of saroj kumar, instead of my wife's report.
