I visit the last 21 st september evening about 8 pm in emergency ward.when i reached billing counter to admission patient.and querry him/her to how much we've to pay money and what will have the charge amount of emergency ward.Arun kr. Deny to giving any information and rudely behave and says that dont argue with me n let leave patient any other hospital.i[censored] want to complaint u can to do.i dont care.
Arun kumar and mrs. Neelam singh misbehave with me.when i complaint duty officer mrs. vaishali about his/her rudness and non-skilled exprience to take disciplinary action of misbehave .she not action taken this matter.
Arun kumar n neelam singh is not able for max hospital due to non skilled person n ego problem.

    max super specialty hospital patparganj

    negligence by nursing staff, patient fell down from the bed after being operated for brain hemorrhage.

    Resulted in mental & physical harassment & family trauma,
    brother collapsed after hearing this & got fractured & being operated now.

    highly unprofessional attitude.

      Today I made a visit to Max Hospital Dehradun regarding my grandma.with her CT scan and other report to take feedback on her health but today don't know what was wrong with the doctor name Vimal Pandita while talking to him he's got aroused not answering my questions in a proper way and afterwards he start shouting at me and sade get out when I say please tell me what is wrong with you if there's any problem with yoi pull my collar and push me out from his office in front of many people sitting there + Hospital staf.
      won't know what was wrong with that man but who cares he is Dr. And he should behave like 1 .
      so please stay humble request do something regarding in this case.thank you

      I don't know about your experience but my two relatives have been treated by Dr. Vimal Pandita one at Fortis Hospital Gurgaon and recently my mother at Max Hopsital Dehradun. In my experience I haven't seen such a caring, knowlegeble and dedicated doctor as Dr. vimal .It is heard to belive what you have written. I think Doctors position should also be posted here.

        This is really saddening when entire nation is worried about the viral spread every where in india doctors at max health care dehradoon treats person the most pathetic way. Dr Akshit and Dr. Mayak were the treating doctors when i reported hospital with my husband who was in very high fever with severe bodyache and rashes all over the body. Treating doctor mayak started the treatment.we were told prior by the staff that there in place for anymore patients in the hospital to admit.

        Treatment started and it took 2hrs for the processes to complete where my husband has to suffer from severe pain.sevral tests were perfomed which came normal but my husband was badly in pain just because the reports were normal we were asked to leave the hospital by Dr. Akshit wherein as per Dr. Mayak we were asked to shift to other hospital as he was adviced to be under observation because of the symptoms.

        Where both the doctors were confused and had different adviced.Me and my family members kept requesting for recheck as he was still not well.nome out of two doctor came to check the condition. Instead because of the shortage of bed they kept insisting to leave. This was really disheartening to see that inspite of attending he left and slept on one of the empty bed.

        People at reception were rude kept arguing for whatever was asked. Not aware of feedback procedure. And were least bothered to ask the concern.

        I would request you to look seriously into this matter because there are many good doctor's and hospitals that people look upto for good treatment but few like lazy and arrogant Doctors like AKSHIT and MAYAK are spoiling the image and reputation of those hard workers.

          Max hospital and their doctors are scoundrels, cheater, money makers, emotionless. They have killed my mother with their experiments whatever they applied on her.
          When she admitted in the hospital, she was fully conscious and on her feet. She was suffering from dengue fever with 80000 platelets.. We admitted her first in the surya hospital dehradun. The doctor transferred glucose without checking her sugar level. First mistake they did, due to this her sugar level went up. The reports were also not authenticated. Dr uniyal in suriya hospital is least bothered about his patients only concern about the opds. If you can't handle the patients in your hospital why you have opened it. Money making is everything for the doctors. Please think we treat the doctors the awtar of god. But you people are just stones...
          After seeing her condition little bad, we admitted her in max hospital dehradun (The looters).
          When we came to the max hospital, my mother was in better condition. They sent my mother directly to icu without getting the reports result. Till the time she was suffering from only dengue. After 2 days of admission, the hospital informed us that her condition is critical. They could tell us before but they did not. The doctors were fully confident to control the situation. They were not able to control anything. Additionally, they gifted her pneumonia and other major infections. Till her death, she was fighting with the infections.
          As they put her on the ventilator, they invited so may infections. It is my advise, think before sending your patient in the icu or put on ventilator. The icu is infections prone area. We have told them several times give her the best possible treatment do whatever required for her revival. If you want any senior doctor advice, you can take, we are ready to pay. They have never told us that they are not able to control. A weak before my mother's death, they were fully aware of her condition and her chances of survival but they did clear the picture. Even they have not advised us to shift in other hospital. Always, they had told us that they have hope for her revival. We were just begging for her life with full hopes.
          Dr. Shantanu belwal is good enough for making stories and making people fool. Dr. Brij mohan and dr. Bupesh uniyal are emotionless, senseless and rude doctors in max icu critical care unit. The motive of the hospital was to fully avail the insurance amount and taking out the others money. As they touched the amount of the medical insurance after 18 days of her admission in the hospital, they performed the mri and declared her condition uncontrollable. Before that, they did ct scan but never sad any thing wrong.
          Then we decided to take her our home back to relive her from pain given by the hospital. We arranged ventilator ambulance to put her alive till we reached home. As we reached our home gate, she took her last breath and left us alone. The hospital was well aware of her condition but they always put us in dark and hope. She was in hepatic comma but they were making stories about her body movements. They were not allowing us to see her in icu. They were not allowing us to uncover the bed sheet over her. They have tortured my mother so much. When we saw her body after her death, we were shocked and stunned. It was fully wounded, pale yellow and dark. Blood was coming uncontrollable from many places.
          Whatever we have lost we can't get again. But be aware from these so called high profile hospitals and scoundrels.

            If you want your patient killed, get him admitted in this hospital. No good doctors. They weren't even able to understand my naniji's disease. They denied to operate her tumor and decided to give chemo, because of which all her other organs were affected. They asked us to discharge her even when she was not fine. They denied to give her a bed too when we went to the hospital again in emergency. The doctors don't even answer your queries properly. They don't even talk to the patients properly. If your patient isn't getting treated, they will try to get rid of you. They will extract all your hard earned money and will kick you out at the end. They won't entertain you then. The nurses are not even qualified. They don't even know how to give an injection properly. Some of them are very rude and treat your patient horribly.
            So it's an advice that don't go there if you want your patient treated well.

              TO WHOM SO EVER IT MAY CONCERN:

              This is regarding the pathetic & poor services provided at your Vaishali based hospital. My close one Mr.Anurag Singh is admitted there, the staff in the emergency is very rude & careless. The patient is having 104 degrees fever & vomiting with blood since past 4-5 hours, but no proper action is being taken. The doctors referred him to ICU, but he is not transferred to ICU yet & at the time of writing this email, its already been more than 3 hours, but the emergency staff keeps saying that no ICU ward is vacant. NOW I HAVE A QUESTION? IF YOU CANNOT HANDLE AN EMERGENCY, THEN WHY NOT BETTER SHUT DOWN YOUR HOSPITAL? YOU SHOULD TELL PEOPLE STRAIGHT AWAY THAT YOU ARE THE WORST HOSPITAL IN THE COUNTRY. Who will be held responsible if anything happens to him? If no proper action will be taken for him, I will take this matter on the social media & internet. This is very unacceptable. So I have just reached a conclusion that Max health care is the worst hospital in the whole country.

                Knowing the fqct, that my father expired in their hospital, one the their reputed staff stole my phone.. And even after knowing that employee, the unprofessional staff didnt help me out, and instead made a hefty bill to be paid.
                Even when i showed the location, they kept their deaf ears closed and eyes shut.
                Instead of hiring thiefs, kindly attempt to hire genuine hospitality staff..

                  Can I obtain copy of case file maintained during the indoor treatment, if not please provide details of government notification issued in this regard.

                  What are the options available for a patient/ Attendant to get reviewed the treatment provided by the hospital.

                  Are the patient/attendent liable to give any suggestions in respect of betterment of the patient irrespective of that the acceptence of the suggestion will be binding for the management.

                  Hi,
                  I am a registered patient with Max Hospital. I am pregnant and getting my treatment done in Max Super Specialty Saket. I made a prepaid online Appointment for 4th June' 2016, for 11:50 AM. I reached hospital at 11:35 AM and went to reception and asked for my Invoice, the reception lady said that I need to be on queue, which was a very long queue which would have taken half an hour for my number to come, I questioned her that why someone has to be on line when he/she has already paid the amount and he only has to collect the Invoice. Then she asked me to sit and wait for some time and she will give me the invoice. I waited for 15 minutes and in the mean while I saw the doctor leaving her cabin. When I asked the receptionist about the invoice again she said "INVOICE YAHA NAHI MILTA" also said that doctor had gone for an emergency and will take 1.5-2 hours to come back. Now my point is if I would have received my invoice on time I could have met the doctor as I was suffering from severe stomach pain. The ladies at the reception had very casual behavior towards patients and were not even looking at patients when they were talking to them also they were whispering about the patient with each other and were laughing on them. Is this the status of Max?
                  Finally I lost my temper and asked them to let me meet with their supervisor, I had been redirected towards the main OPD. When I went there and asked for the Duty manager I had ben introduced with Shabia, she tried to find out my Appointment and to resolve my issue. I asked for feedback form which was not available, then I asked for the Patient welfare department contact details which I had been informed that does not exist in Max, which was shocking for me that Brand like Max does not have a patient welfare department. She took me to the Gynaec department and asked the receptionist about the doctor, they said that doctor will still take 45 minutes to 1 hour. She came to me and said that I can meet the doctor without invoice in the mean while she will try to resolve the issue and if the payment would not be done then I need to pay again, on which I agreed, also she asked the receptionist to give her a call once doctor will be back.
                  I kept on waiting finally the doctor came back, I went and met her she asked about the incidence and called up Shabia. She came and met the doctor.

                  Doctor saw me and written ultrasound, I waited for it for good 2 hours and then met the doctor. Now doctor had written 12 tests to me. I did the payment at the counter and went to give samples. The person sitting there took my prescriptions and payment receipt and asked other staff to collect the samples. Post giving samples I went back I got to know that my prescriptions have been given to some other patient. Now this was the heights on carelessness. I asked the person sitting there to whom I had given my prescriptions to search out for the patient and get my prescription back.
                  He made me sit there for another one hour and still did not get my prescription back. Now I had lost my patience so I went to another building of Max and met the Duty manager there and complaint about it also filled the feedback form. This duty manager spoke with Shabia in other building and she assured me that she will get my prescription for sure. I had wait for half an hour more and then finally I received a call from Shabia stating that she could manage to get my prescription. Finally I got my prescription in my hand at 5:15 PM.

                  Today morning (6th June' 2016) at 10:44 AM I received a message which says that I can collect the invoice from the reception for Dr. A. Gupta at 1:50 AM. This had been the funniest part of Max service that I booked the Appointment for 4th June and my invoice got generated on 6th June because of which I had to suffer like hell and to face lots of inconvenience.

                    I am getting cancer treatment in max hospital Dehradun through CGHS and I m entitled for private room.today on date 31 July 2015 I went hospital for zoldria injection .I have to admit day care for that injection.When I went to admission department and ask for the private room they refused to give me private room for the reason that the staff feel inconvenience in private room.I can't understand that hospital is for patient facilities or for staff inconvenience. I ask a lot but they didn't give me the private room which is my right because I am entitled for it.
                    Kindly take the suitable action against it.

                      My mom is under going dialysis in max hospital and we are charged for rs 2600/ dialysis
                      But the bill given to us is 1600rs due to which we are unable to file claim for our medical expense.
                      The hospital has given the dialysis unit to nephro plus recently and since then we are charged for 2600rs and we get a bill of rs 1600.
                      Previously we were charged for rs 1600 only
                      But the excess 1000 rs which they have started charging recently is not on papers and they are not giving us a proper bill which we can file for our medical claim.

                        Dear team, This is for your necessary information that Mr son manav giri admittied in ur hospital max at pitampura unit. Your people are very unprofessional & I think they are not paid for their servicies. For instance in the morning the bed is not vacant & send us in general ward. The guard is stopping us that this section is not meant for kids at 3.00 pm after regular followups got the bed. Second Noone looking after the surgery dietician prescribe the diet chart but useless as there is noone to follow after 2 hours of followup we get a glass of milk. If really you consider these complaints then I am surprise how this is happening again and again. Last but not the least in future I will never recomend any to visit ur hospital.

                          Well i visit Max hospital shalimar bagh due to sudden pain in stomach and i got injection which make me better.After that i was ask to do ultrasound and i did it but what make me surprise is that the cost of taking ultrasound is Rs.2500, which i came to know after doing it as nobody give prior information about it.I just thought ultrasound in private clinic is around Rs.650 and Max may be charging around 800-900.Even for lying on emergency bed for 10 min, i was charge Rs.1000.Max is not a hospital but it is business firm to suck people blood so please never visit this hospital.

                            How a wrong diagnosis by a doctor can ruin a life: a story from a known source in Gurgaon. Don't worry about the guy and girl.
                            The focus here is the stand of a doctor. These are the doctors who are now a days ruling our life's from their cabins.

                            My boy friend has been taking treatment from Dr Ann Simi john a psychologist (MPhil) in Max Gurgaon since last few years. I have never escorted my boyfriend neither I had personally took any sessions from her and had never visited max facility. However in year 2014 while treating my boyfriend the doctor started confirming me of having BPD ( border line personally disorder) based on guy's stories during the sessions and started feeding the guy's Brain that he should get me treated immediately else my presence can harm him.

                            The pressure from the doctor went to such an extend that in year 2015 I was forced to take one 1-hour skyup session from the doctor. We ended up having 3 hour long session. I was prescribed to visit a doctor as she identified depressive symptoms.

                            However later on I got to know that after that call she reconfirmed the guy of me being BPD just on the basis of one session. And told him 85% of BPD patients don't agree that they have BPD and never get treated.

                            recently once again she told him that if I don't get myself treated he should leave me as my decease BPD is non curable and is harmful, she further added that most BPD patients never accept that they have any disorder and hence never get to a stage of getting themselves treated. Hence he has no option but to leave his girl if she doesn't surrender for treatment.

                            She fed all this being fully aware that we have been around for a decade and had no intentions to leave each other rather we were finding out solutions for the guy's issues.
                            Doctor didn't feel responsible enough to get me physically diagnose or neither she could held social responsibility by weighing how such statements coming from a doctor can affect people's lives??

                            My question here is : how can a physiologist believe in stories of their patients and without ever meeting a 3rd person can declare them as a mental patient???
                            While A normal person knows that when we speak about our issues/stories always other's are perpetrators and we are poor innocent.
                            Isn't it's illegal to judge a person BPD on the basis of stories of their patients??

                            Isn't she aware that such statements coming from a register medical doctor hold a great impact on their patients??? And can be a mental harassment for the 3rd individual involved out side the walls of the doctors cabin???

                            Isn't it illegal and unethical on the doctors part to go beyond the treatment of their first hand patient and get into nerves of other people consistently for 2 years??

                            How ethical is that repeating again and again that BPD is not being treated in India???? And it's non curable decease ...defaming a person, her identity to this extent, to declare her a mental patient on basis of a 3 hour session ???? Don't you think such incident can have strong effects on someone's confidence level???

                            We sent our guy thinking she can cure him, we never knew she will turn the ring and will say we all are mad and guy has no issues.

                            We will not be surprise to find out more people like me suffering from doctors such actions!!!

                            now the condition is that guy don't trust diagnosis by any other doctor and the above mentioned doctor too refuses to diagnose the girl by herself...!!! Stating as of now she is not fully qualified to take BPD patients as she is still perusing studies in this area...!!!

                            Kindly pass this message in your circle so that we can save someone's life or marriage or an important relation. It's a lesson for us how psychologist can rule our life.

                            Isn't she aware that such statements coming from a register medical doctor hold a great impact on their patients??? And can be a mental harassment for the 3rd individual involved out side the walls of the doctors cabin???

                            Isn't it illegal and unethical on the doctors part to go beyond the treatment of their first hand patient and get into nerves of other people consistently for 2 years??

                            How ethical is that repeating again and again that BPD is not being treated in India???? And it's non curable decease ...defaming a person, her identity to this extent, to declare her a mental patient on basis of a 3 hour session ???? Don't you think such incident can have strong effects on someone's confidence level???

                            We sent our guy thinking she can cure him, we never knew she will turn the ring and will say we all are mad and guy has no issues.

                            We will not be surprise to find out more people like me suffering from doctors such actions!!!

                            now the condition is that guy don't trust diagnosis by any other doctor and the above mentioned doctor too refuses to diagnose the girl by herself...!!! Stating as of now she is not fully qualified to take BPD patients as she is still perusing studies in this area...!!!

                            now she has started saying that only DBT is the cure which only one doctor in whole India can do. So either you leave girl or take her to him or go abroad.

                              I am doctor, I visited max hospital shalimarbagh to see one of my known patient while coming out at exit gate security guard misbehaved with me for parking charges as I informed him that I am a doctor.
                              Mr yetender was the person who misbehaved and use vulgar words
                              I wana know do doctors also have to pay at gate as we visit so many hospitals
                              This is really very bad expiernce
                              I request you to kindley take some action against your security at exit gate

                                Ihospitalize my old age mother sinior citizen in max hospital patperganj delhi. As per treating dr advice my mother need icu bed immidiate. but max hospital administration not provide bed in icu after pass of two days I SUBMITTED INS POLICY AT THE TIME OF HOSPITALISATION. BUT VERY POOR SERVICE OF MAX TPA. THEY CANT GET CASHLESS APPROVAL IN 2 DAYS. AFTER MANY REQ HOSPITAL AGREE TO PROVIDE ICU BED, BUT HOSPITAL DEMAND CASH 50 THOUSAND RS. I TELL THEM THAT I SUBMITTED INSURANCE POLICY. BUT THEY STRICKLY REFUSED TO PROVIDE ICU WITHOUT PAYMENT. I WANT TO KNOW MAX ADMINISTRATION WHATS THE GAIN OF MEDICLAIM TO POLICY HOLDER IN PANNEL ? ALL OF THAT I PAID SUCH AMOUNT FOR ICU. BUT MAX HOSPITAL PROVIDE ICU BED TO ANOTHER PATIENT AFTER RECEIVE THE PAYMENT. THEY COMPLETE IGNORE SR CITIZEN .MY MOTHER WAIT FOR ICU BED IN DAY CARE UNIT FROM 2 DAYS. IF ANY MISHAPPENING WITH MY MOTHER WHO WILL RESPONSIBLE FOR THAT ?

                                  I had worlds with customer care of max hospital about follow up charges of OPD patients, and was really surprised that they dont have any such information and it will changes on case to case basis and doctor to doctor. this is really a surprises for me. Good help MAX MAKING money they are not here for service they are the blood sucker...
