    I want to bring a case of medical negligence to your notice. The said medical negligence was conducted by Dr Priyanka Chauhan Garg who is practicing as an obstetrician and gynaecologist at Max hospital, Dehradun. Dr Priyanka Chauhan Garg conducted a procedure for removal of intrauterine contraceptive device (IUCD) for my wife and charged us relevant fee for that and follows ups.     I went to the emergency ward of Max hospital, gurgaon after injuries from a fall. I was told to purchase ATT injection and syringe. After I got the injection, it was administered by an attending nurse after she was going around for a while with the tip of the loaded injection exposed.
    After that I was told to pay Rs150/- as adminstration charges. The patient has to buy injection, syringe and then pay for getting it injected in emergency situation. Is this how emergency is dealt with. I have been to many other hospitals during certain emergency situations but they first treat the patient and then tell them to replace the medication used. They never charge for administering injections.
    The purpose of emergency is defeated if the patient is charged like this.

      Hi,

      Dr Sanjay Sachdeva (Ent) and his team has been so unprofessional to there work, they have been called the patient for an appointment and then did not entertain, while prisction is considered they always use Hit and trial method and change medicine everytime before it’s due date which leads to unnecessary purchase of medicines, everytime the team says they need to confirm with dr Sanjay, but we do not receive any communication from him, overall it is such and bad experience to have a such unprofessional and irresponsible behaviour of max doctors

        Worst hospitality
        There is no nurse with my patient after she came from OT
        She had her surgery but the hospitality is patetick
        Even the doctor didnt meet the attendy or gave any of the suggestion
        They just brought the pactient direct to the room without any conversation with us about the operation.
        I paid first and then got start with the treatment
        The is the worst thing ever happend
        I will never ever suggest anybody for MAX SAKET for any kind of treatment
        And make sure will do an action against it
        You guys are a hospital people come here for the best treatment and you guys surve like this?
        And the most worst part was
        My patients surgery Doctor was Dr. Harit chaturvedi and the person who operate was Reetu Dogra.
        Is this the way .
        Guys ill make sure to take action against you.

        And this is not the way to treat
        MOST WORREST EXEPRIENCE AT MAX SAKET

          Above subject mentioned Dr in MAX Vaishali is having a behavioural problem he doesn’t know how to behave with old and sick persons in Emergency Deptt. Such type of Doctors are the spoilers of MAx Hospital credibility.
          Please do take strings action against such people.

            Why fo i have to pay for the consequences for the actions of thier staff.. they do not have thier facts clear.. their miscommunication caused my patient to delay in surgery and they are charging me for the extra day services. But he had to stay for extra day due to the miscommunication of staff not us. And yet they still are not able to resolve. Asking for full payment without surgery.. only on the basis of estimation how can we pay large amount of money without even having a detailed bill.. but they are not starting the procedure without the payment. Why should i pay without having a detailed bill.
            Also the staff (estimation incharge mr. James and duty manager miss. Nisha were rude and not available on their designated area on their work hours)
            How should i trust a hospital having these staff dily dalying everywhere at work hours.. no management at all.

              Refund| Advance pre booking| SKCT.480849

              I am not getting any response from max hospital saket regarding refund of advance booking done at max hospital for my father knee replacement.
              I have sent all supporting docs on [protected]@maxhealthcare.com but getting no response since month. I put up in bangalore cant visit the hospital. They asked me to send docs on email but now they have stopped responding completely...

              There is very serious issue related to the patient care in the max hospital, patparganj. The no of nursing staff is too short for giving proper care to the patient in the wards in old building. There are mostly only 2 nurses for giving care and to complete the routine work of the patient sometimes 20 ...24 patients. This is messing with the quality of patient care.

                I paid the consultation charges but the doctor had left by then. So i asked for refund of the amount paid. Mr. Shekhar & Mr. Harish asked me to share my pan card, aadhar card & bank account details via WhatsApp on Harish's number ([protected]). However i still haven't received the refund amount of Rs. 800. Kindly help to resolve the issue at the earliest. Also take stringent action against the two staff involved for harassing me.

                      It's 2:10 pm n i am writing this complaint because we have got an appointment fixed for 1pm with Dr. Ankita chandna(Gyn).My wife is not feeling well but she has to wait because doctor is not at her room to see the patients..This is really unlikely from the brand called Maxs.Appointment should b time bounded and not like this hours delay.
                      Quite disappointed, Will not recommend anybody to come here again.

                          My brother Pradeep Joshi was admitted to your hospital on July 11, 2022, under Dr. Ankur Agarwal bed number 2246, max id 507321, before admission, I got a Doppler test done at my own expense at the behalf of Dr. MS bedi, whose original report and film I had given to your staff, when my brother was discharged on 12th July 2022, your staff did not have doppler test report, I request you to provide me doppler test report and film immediately, so that I can be my star I can get my money rembursment from the health company.

                            He is a pulmonologist doctor. His name is Puneet Gupta. Today morning I visited to the Max hospital, vaishali, with my brother who is the patient suffering from lung disease. His appointment was at 10:15 a.m. but due to some system problem he called us at 10:45 a.m. when I entered with my brother in his room he was busy in doing some system work we are waiting for him to ask about his health but he didn't said a word for 3 minutes, after 3 minutes of silence my brother started telling himself about his health conditions, still he didn't said a word about his health and still just typing in his system, when I stand up to talk to him he refused me and said you should sit quietly. My brother was taking medicine from somewhere else and I want to ask him he should continue with that medicine or he should continue with your prescribed medicine he didn't listen me or he ignored me I came out of the room, my brother said to me that you should ask him whether I should take that medicine or I should continue with his medicine, when I again enter into his room, I asked the same question and he still ignore me then I came two three steps forward to him then he started just shouting on me" this is not the way to talk to me you should stand 2m away from me, what if i would get sick from you, your sorry would be worthless and you should continue my medicine not others. I really find him a VERY UNCIVILIZED MAN, He is doctor because of the patients, without patient he will remain nothing than a rude, misbehaving man . I request the authority to take some steps against him, tell him how to behave with your patients, I'm not satisfied from his service . He is such a misbehaving doctor.

                                My patient used to go for a Chemotherapy session on a weekly basis in the daycare facility at the BLK-Max hospital, Pusa road. In the daycare facility on the 5th floor, there are 17 beds, costing Rs. 4600 per bed. There are no separate dustbins present, a single washroom available for 17 beds, and only 1 sister is available after 5 pm. I am seriously disappointed and frustrated with the services of the hospital in relation to the charges they are charging. Rs. 4600 just for bed and no additional basic amenities which are there in every hospital. A chair or a small bed for the attendant, separate dustbins to maintain cleanliness, curtains since it is a shared facility to maintain a little privacy, an eating table since the patient is staying for a day he/she must have meals, and a little cupboard with a glass of water or water jug. Recently, they made another blunder by mentioning at the top of the Discharge summary a Death Summary which is heights of negligence. When this came to attendant knowledge and asked for a correction, they don't know what is to be done and the same has gone in their system as well. I seriously never recommend BLK hospital to anyone seeing their carefree attitude towards patients and poor degree of services offered.

                                  This is about the grievances which is being faced by the nursing staff in the max hospital, IP Extension, Delhi.
                                  The staff has to be compelled to attend the two hours seminars/ orientation classes after performing their duty the class timing of about 10 am to 12 pm
                                  In night duty from 8pm to 9 am. Then after the staff must attend the said class from 10 am to 12 pm and then they may go to home and again join the duties at 8pm same day.
                                  Same is with evening staff they have to attend the classes from 10 am to 12 pm. And then after they must wander here and there unto 2pm because their duty will start at 2pm.
                                  This protocol is causing a depressive issue among the nursing staff and allover the above their seniors ask them to resign if they don't attend the class.
                                  The present nursing staff is already performing their duties under work pressure because of lack of staff. The staff is performing countable extra duties and not getting remuneration for that also.
                                  This protocol may cause some prestigious issue about the max a trusted name. Because the nursing staff is resigning in bulk.
                                  This is a matter of consideration because the nursing staff is backbone of patient care and if they work under so much pressure how they could give their best to the patient care.

                                    I got my surgery 2-3 years ago. Normally after the surgery nose remains swelled for many months
                                    As my swelling reduced and Everything settled
                                    I saw that one of my nostril was closed (skin is appearing inside my nostril only a little hole is what i can see inside my nostril) i kept on waiting for swelling to reduce more and more
                                    Finally the skin didn’t opened and one of my nostril is now permanently closed
                                    I can’t breathe properly
                                    I am having a lot of cold because of this issue
                                    The bump which the doctor removed also has some issues with it.
                                    When i visited the doctor
                                    Very casually he said “oh its fine
                                    It happens
                                    You can come back for another surgery we will open your nostril”
                                    My nose is literally closed and tilted towards right. And he took is so casually within 10 seconds he just buzzed me off
                                    It was me who was asking more questions
                                    He was very chill about the situation.
