Max Hospital — Billing Issue | |
It is to bring to your knowledge that I have my brother admitted to MAX hospital, IP Extention, Patparjang. We have already deposited a sum of Rs. Rs 8, 40, 000.We are still to get the discount for senior citizens. The medical staff here has stopped the medical treatment and are forcing us to pay a sum of Rs. 80, 000 before they begin the treatment once again. They are refusing that no sum of Rs. 1, 00, 000 was transferred to their account. How is that even possible???? I have already shown them the account statement of my account in which it is clearly mentioned that the transaction was made successfully on 24-Jun-2021 Cheque no[protected] from account Number - [protected] (Dinesh Garg) for the patient with Max ID - 937034. We have already mailed the cashier with the account statement on 9:14 AM 28 June 2021 ( love.[protected]@maxhealthcare.com). He was the cashier at that time.
