We took an appointment for 23rd may, 2020 for my aged mother as she was not well. She had a pain near her breast. So on the trust of the city saket customer care staff, we opted for video calling appointment. They charged us 1000.00 rs appointment charges. However next day dr called on normal phone asked my mothers age and name and asked the issue and advised to get test done. She denied helping the patient who was in pain since two days. Not even a single medicine nor prescription had been given by doctor.
Now they denied refunding our money which they had charged us for 2 min conversation. We are fatherless children and it is our hard earned money. We wanted the refund back. As our mother is elderly, we cannot bring her to hospital because of the corona virus spread. Please help us to get our money refunded that had been charged for no help
In this critical times doctors are helping patients going extra miles for the sake of humanity. Patient was in pain and dr was in so hurry that she did not even her to the patient. This is really unfair.
