Max Hospital — Experience and billing

Address: Max dwarka sector 10

Patient Ramesh Goyal
Room no 1817
admission date- 19th Jun-25
Discharge date- 22nd-Jun-25

I feel regret to inform you about my admission, stay and discharge.

Admission: We visited the hospital for some problems my patient Doc advised for the admission around 12PM considering the patient condition. and we got the admission @5PM. Do you think this is the apt time taken in admission process for such a big, reputated and process oriented hospital. I think, a government hospital won't have taken so much time in admission process.

Stay: You kitchen staff, nursing staff or floor staff is not up to the mark a big hospital should have.
It always took more than 1 hour for an order of a cup of tea despite the feedback, no improvement observed.
Your nursing was not aware of the medicine usages, they always googles the name whenever clarification is asked. No clarification of the medicine, injection or the test done given. they never came back to check if the IV is finished or still continuing. clinical notes were always updated after 3-4 hours or more than that. which always created a confusion with-in multiple staff/team.

billing: approx. 20K amount was extra mentioned in the bill. It tool 5-6 hours to get the bill rectified. full day medicine bill was imposed for the day of discharge. once discussed with nursing they removed and updated the items in system but billing depart didn't considered then removed as it was not reflecting in their system.
we were going up and down multiple time to convince nursing and then billing department which was ultimately of no use. and we paid for the medicine for the discharge day as well.

without taking the blood sample, it was quoted 8 times blood sugar test. Every day sample was taken for LFT and KFT. no procedure, no medication was done other than PCM and antibiotic. do you this can change the LFT and KFT parameters overnight. for 3 nights it cost Rs 1.5 lacs for me. where in the major test was MRCP (cost 11000 Rs) and major procedure was fluid removal (cost approx. 9000Rs). rest 1.3Lac was of OPD, hospital services, unnecessary tests and extra charges of medicines and test which were not consumed.

This was the bill equivalent to 13 days stay of my patient in Medanta, Gurgaon in Apr-25 month.

It was a horrible day for me. I was completely physically and mentally harassment. I wont recommend this hospital to anyone. Will wait for your response and actions on my feedback.
I am vlogger and Wanted to put it in your notice before putting the feedback on internet.

Thanks
