Max Hospital — Manipulated and falsified MRI & X Ray report

The patient I'd is SHGN0470370, Anmol Ray. There were multiple X-Rays of both egs, hips, knees and both legs MRI carried out on 5th July 2021.
It so so dissapointing to note that the report provided by doctor for all these individual tests were just concluded in one report mentioning both legs reports.
The same case for both legs MRIs.
It was so dissapointing and disheartening to note that the doctor who has prepared this report is realy a doctor or Max hospital is trying fool customer and looting money. When the same report shown to a very senior surgeon is Max, he has thrown the report.
You have individually charged for every single test, but how can you provide a single report for all these test in two three lines? How can you cheat like this after taking money?
Secondly, since the report was not adequate and doctor asked for CD, we were charged 700 rupees additional from us. Unfortunately, in other hospital with much better professional report, they provide CD alongwith test at much lesser cost. This is absolutely nonprofessional job. Do you understand, your report will influence the treatment of patient. Your test now looks absolutely untrustworthy too.
I want report for every single test I have done with CD for all tests, be it X-ray or MRI. Because, now it's difficult to trust the report being prepared.
I have already raised this concern in feedback and also spoken to one gentleman on call but hopeless response.
I need reposnce asap as I have to send the report outside because the plan to do operation in Max stands rejected because of this nonprofessional job.
