Max Hospital — Refund & rude behavior | |||
I called on 18 sept at 12 am booked n paid foe an appointment with dr. Ashutosh tripathi for my daughter gunieve anand I have been charged twice with 2 upi now from paytm. Next day to my surprise when i disnt receive a cal i called up to chck i spoke to a representative preeti kimar she was extremely rude did not understand that whole day they kept making a fool of me & themselves n kept saying i have not paid. I emailed the screenshot * bank statements whr i have been charged twice e but they did not listen & had no solution. Kindly check on it end. Hence iam comparing regarding the whole experience. Finally i paid third time on netbanking thru my card & still noone spoke yo me for refund. Preeti was extremely rude & kept passing g the buck. Pls look into this asap.
