Max Hospital — rude behaviour of dr alka bhasin

I had an appointment with dr alka bhasin - nephrology for my mother for serious uti kidney problem because she was having severe pain. I just send normal message "good morning mam r u coming to opd" just after seeing this she starts shouting in hospital and using improper and wrong language in front of all patient's please let me know what's wrong in just asking whether she is coming on time or not because our experience with her is very bad not our but mostly 75% patients wait for long hours after prior appointment.
